The report indicates a permit was issued to Gregory Co. Inc. on behalf of Schlotzsky’s, located at 1012 U.S. Highway 62 East. The 1,800-square-foot project has a construction value of $943,612. A sign permit was issued to Oxford Signs and Neon on behalf of Ballard and Company, LTD. The project, located at 668 U.S. Highway 62 East at the former location of First Federal and Bear State banks, has a construction value of $4,800.
