Times-Reporter NEW PHILADELPHIA The Mason Equity Group of Dover is the new owner of the Masonic building in downtown New Philadelphia. The three-story building, located at the corner of W. High Avenue and Second Street SW, was sold by a Wallick Auction online auction, which ended on Thursday. According to New Philadelphia Mayor Joel Day, the building sold for $448,800. The New Philadelphia Masonic brothers merged with the Tuscarawas Lodge 59 in Dover, so the building was no longer needed. Realtor Jan McInturf said he was not aware of any plans to change the building's current use. There are two existing businesses on the main level.
