But I’ll bet few of us have found things more significant that what the folks at New Heights Brewing Co. have stashed away in their cellar. This popular Pie Town brewery has always had a penchant for experimenting with fun beers, often aging them in used spirits casks to infuse them with even more interesting characters and flavors. Starting at noon this Saturday, Jan. 30, New Heights will be digging out some of its funkiest and most fun bottles for a special, first-come-first-served cellar bottle sale. The brewery will offer almost 100 bottles from some of its most popular previous releases, including some that fans probably thought were lost to time.
