Photo by Teran Malone As West Virginia prepares for a critical weekend series against nationally-ranked Texas Tech, the Mountaineers do so hoping to continue a trend of recent offensive play that has manager Randy Mazey optimistic. Most recently, WVU recorded 11 hits Wednesday in its 9-3 victory over Marshall. The Mountaineers entered their first home game since March 27 off an 8-4 victory at Baylor last Sunday, one that featured 10 hits and snapped a five-game losing streak.
