Manipur Unrest: Curfew relaxed in Imphal, Bishnupur

Curfew relaxed in Imphal West and Imphal East districts from 5 am till 7 pm while in Bishnupur district, curfew has been relaxed from 5 am to 5 pm on Thursday, October 19.
