"All approved," Domagoso told the schools' representatives from the University of the Philippines (UP) Manila, Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC), PHINMA St. Jude College (SJC), and National University (NU), in a meeting held at the Manila City Hall. The four are the latest ones allowed to resume limited face-to-face classes.
