Two years after having been arrested on suspicion of fatally shooting a 10-year-old girl, the man accused of her murder was taken into intensive care due to a fight at the Lower Buckeye Jail in Phoenix, according to a statement from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. Josh Gonzalez, 22, remains in the ICU after he got into an “altercation” with another inmate on March 27, the statement said on Sunday. The statement read that MCSO jail crime detectives were investigating the incident. It was April 3, 2019, when a driver in a white truck shot at Summer Bell Brown and her family while they parked their car in their driveway. Summer and her father had been shot and taken to a hospital, where Summer later died.
