Facebook Share LONGMEADOW — Unless funding from the CARES Act is extended or another source is identified, some of the resources that have been established during the COVID-19 pandemic will come to an end by the end of the year. In Longmeadow, that funding includes a position for a COVID-19 public health coordinator, according to Town Manager Lyn Simmons. The position was created to fill a gap that was identified over the summer when the community was more in a lull, she said.
