Lauren Kummer She was born and raised in LaSalle, Ontario, Canada and comes from a family of six. It was in high school she became interested in news and telling stories. She anchored the morning announcements where she found a passion for informing her peers of current events, important information and other studentâs accomplishments. From there, she attended Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL where she was a part of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Lauren graduated with a Bachelorâs Degree in Journalism and a minor in French. She also studied abroad in Paris and traveled around Europe while she was there.
