over to you. >> thank you, meisha. following breaking news from philadelphia's germantown neighborhood a2 alarm fire has damaged two row homes. >> it happened early this morning on 200 block every eastman haim street. now learning that a hero cop got there just in time. i "eyewitness news" reporter tran dough live near the scene good morning, trang. >> well, good morning, rahel, jim. yep, incredible story of heroism. we've learned philadelphia police officer was the first on the scene and she was able to get a family of six, including their dog, out of this home safely. it was on fire when she arrived. but fortunately now the fire is under control and crews are just now putting out hot spots so so as you can seaman haim street remains closed off to traffic. but the fire started just after 3:15 this morning on the 200 block every eastman haim street in germantown. when officers arrived, both front porches of the homes were engulfed in flames. the fire quickly rose to two alarms, but was placed un control in just about 40 minutes. officer leslie white said just two blocks away when the fire call came out and with the home engulfed in flames she and neighbor helped family of six including grab father and little girl get out of the house. >> makes me feel good. i'm just coming back to work after having the baby. so knowing that i was able to help a child makes me feel really good. >> a family next-door also got out without injury, so red cross, red paw are on scene to help them. as you might remember, this is the second time in just a few days lots of good members say they're planning a vigil for johnson. >> two west chester university student are recovering this morning after investigators say driver intentionally ran them over. >> they waited at a bus stop, investigators tell us the driver who is identified as an older woman, then not a student, took off after mowing down the student, officers caught up with her a short time later after she smashed into a parked car, and hit a third student. that student wasn't injured. >> university police took the driver in custody and took the individual to the hospital for screening, we're comfortable this of flooding, surveillance video, take a look at this, shows the moment water rushed through library door. this happened at an elementary school outside of cincinnati, hundreds of gallons of water and is here to boil it down for us. good morning, jill. >> good morning. >> so jill first of all can you give us a big picture of the take aways here? >> reporter: absolutely. this is basically a corporate and business tax reform plan and on top of that, an individual tax cut. and you can see by the numbers $1 trillion of the proposed plan goes to corporations and businesses cents. 228 billion to individuals, 172 billion to estates. now, republicans say that companies are going to use those tax savings, and they'll build and invest in new projects, or give pay increases, both of which would boost the economy, and then bring in more revenue for the government. that's what they mean when they say the cuts should essentially pay for themselves but, when we review past tax cut plans, that trickled down theory has not born out over the long-term. >> jill, on the individual side, who benefit from this plan? it is it is so hard. winners and losers are determined on case-by-case basis. it depend on a bunch of factors. where do you live? do you itemize your deductions how many kids do you have? how do you earn your money not so much how much, but how it is earned. and contrary to promises of simplifying the tax code, new plan is just as dense, and complicated, as the currencies tell. of course, gang, this is the starting point in the process of already starting to change. >> we have our own body clock, right, the rhythm. so whether we throw it off even by a lawyer it can affect our energy levels, our mood, our concentration, and even our weight. >> you said an hour, for about a week. >> normally a week for most people to adjust, because we have our own internal clock, skewed by the light. so, if we're light hughes are being changed affect our hormones, our meletonin, like now, with shorter days, and less sunlight, either in the morning or at night, especially, our bodies make more meletonin. that's the sleeping or vampire hormone, so we get more sluggish. >> some people get seasonal affect disorders. how do you cope with something like that this where they really get depressed? >> glad you mention, that you know why, when we have less light, people are very sensitive to it. seasonal effective disorders has many different symptoms, so lack of energy or fatigue which makes sense, or bodies making more mel tone ann, less sunlight, also trouble concentrating, might also have increased desire to like be alone, withdraw from people, that's the sign of depression, and you might have appetite changes, eat more, like simple cash hoe hydrates, get the energy surge, but then less energy and then you weight gain. so real important, we have to be aware of that, just, you know, greater need for sleep, which makes sense whether you have more darker time, your body just starts shutting down , oh, might as well hibernate. >> a lot of symptoms there, doctor rob watch can you do to treat those symptoms or maybe boost your mood. >> so these nail effective disorders is row real phenomenon, type of depression , so the if i thing they have these light simulate ers. so this light, light therapy. you put it in the room, depending on the type you get sit in a roof for half hour zero hour, just energizes you, they also have these simulate ers. saw you're sleeping and all the sudden then light starts to common gradually and your bad i says oh, starting to be like like out. it tricks your brain. also if you exercise, like you're a return, that's so healthy for you, helping your boyde it, jen rates is her tony inch, keep to routine. jim you are a creature of habit. >> yes. >> so it throws you off your schedule. keep to the schedule. even though dark no i have to get up and do stuff. during the day activity, exercise, even if it is ten minutes at a time, your lunch break, get some light. what's happening now it is dark when a lot of people get up and it is dark when they go home. so they're slug english real quickly you told me on the break it is worse for children why is that? >> well, popcorn is a specific kinds of corn grown for popping. the only kinds that will pop. sweet corn, field concern, that we're accustom to seeing will not pop. popcorn has a little tiny bit bit of moisture left into it, about ten, 12%, right now, it is about 20%. so when folks come out, pick it, take it home, wrap it up in bunches like that, hang it in the house or garage for week or ten days, take about ten colonels off, take it off the microwave, if they pop then you're ready to go. >> what's different too is how hard it is. >> it is pretty hard. >> it is really hard. i'm kind of shocked by. that pretty interesting stuff. so at johnson corner farm you can come out and actually pick your own popcorn. you can be a popcorn picker? >> you could be a popcorn picker. we popcorn picking every day from 11:00 to one weekdays, 11:00 to 3:00 weekends. you can also pick broccoli, sweet potatoes, weight potatoes actually grow in the grounds. do you have big them up. you don't pick them off of anything. but great time of years for the folks to come out to the farm. >> latin term?
