senior year at penn state but instead he is taking on a bigger challenge to end hazing now. >> it has been hard, i am sad i'm not going back to school. have one is talking about it. >> reporter: james's anti hazing battle as prompted from his experience at penn state three years ago while pledging kappa delta row. his story details in an eight count complaint against the fraternity and university, alleged that he and other pledges were forced to drink from a bucket of liquor milk with urine, even vomit, subjected to physical abuse, including cigarette burns, and a among other things, forced to gust will hard liquor without stopping until vomiting, all part of a ritual. after he went public with his experience, the the university kicked the fraternity off campus. and the national chapter expelled penn state's 38 members. >> hazing is real. it happens to everyone, parents need to know if their children are signing up for fraternities there is a risk for hazing and university's president is assembling a task force of students, alumni, faculty to examine the issue. meanwhile the attorney representing the national fraternity says that among in other things, kappa
