palmyra and burlington bristol bridge will need more cash. this rate height does come with the fullbacking of the bridge commission but maybe not most drivers. let's go over these changes here. now cars, motorcycles and light trucks will soon pay $4 cash to cross over e-z pass holders $3. the current tacony palmyra and burlington bristol bridge is raised $2. bigger vehicles, buses and trucks, will pay six bucks up from $4.50. as for why these rates are rising? the burlington county bridge commission says the hike is needed for hundred million-dollar in capitol improvement. the big concern is safety and structural integrity. the commission voting three to zero in favor of the raise. the last hike they point out was in the year 2,000. they also say that the bridges here are more than 80 years old and they say they take wear and tear every single day. now is time they say to take care of them. >> this is an absolutely an asset to palmyra as well as regional commuters on both side of the bridge. that is the bottom line. if we don't maintain this bridge the way it is required, the the way it is necessary to maintain it we lose that asset $2 for is a 15th years is a bargain. it is going up 1 dollar for e-z pass customers. it still remains a bargain. a bargain that some drivers could still raise their costs. commuter costs they say currently stand at $500 for average commuter explosions there. crash closed north bound lanes near east brunswick just before 8:00. people could see smoke for miles we're told. hard to believe after seeing this video but both drivers walked away with minor injuries. new this morning, one person is dead after they were hit by an amtrak train near glenn olden station on east glenn olden avenue. this happened around 11:30 last night. there is no word on that person's identity. the train was traveling from washington to new york and it has cleared the scene at this point. there are no delays or septa's wilmington newark regional rail lines. also new this morning a pedestrian is hit by a car in folcroft delaware county. it happened at midnight at chester pike and folcroft avenue. we're told driver did remain at the scene and is cooperating with police. there are no details on the victim's conditions. well, fire fighters are searching for hot spots after a huge house fire in bethenny beach, delaware. this is cell phone video. sussex county authorities tell cbs-3 that fire broke out at 11:30 in the waterfront home on cove road between the bay and the ocean. there are no reports of any injuries so far and the cause of that fire is under investigation. developing right now, the death toll in a huge explosion in china has more than doubled overnight. we new know 44 people were killed, while hundreds were injured. the blast originated from a warehouse where hazardous materials in the port city of south of beijing. we are told the force of the blast shattered windows, several miles away. there is still no word on a was shot the in the back of his head when a gunman opened fire into a crowd of people standing in line. it happened around 8:30 last night in the 7400 block of woodbine avenue in overbrook. police say that at least two shots were fired. >> two young men trying to run here and clearly serving warrants. these males walked right up on them where these kid are standing, and fired twice, striking one male in the facing for his neck. shot was horrendous. he is in critical condition at this point. >> police are searching for that suspect. so far no arrest where is made. police are trying to catch a thief who attack a pizza delivery man in bucks county. greg stevens works in philadelphia during the day and delivers pizza at night for italian family pizzeria in bristol boro. he was delivering pizza to the home in the 600 block of spring street which turned out to be vacant. stevens was attack, knocked unconscious and robbed of $120. >> i don't have a life insurance policy, and if anything
