And if we take a look at the next few hours, you can see, we will work our way up to the 85 degrees mark, in philadelphia. Sunshine will be with us throughout the day, but expect few clouds, to increase, as we get little bit later into the day. Now, things will change, a we start to get into our monday and tuesday, but sunday, mostly sunny skies, highs in the mid 80s, comfortable humidity, more clouds late. Happening today, the town of ferguson missouri marks the one Year Anniversary of the Michael Brown shooting. Yesterday hundreds marched through the town led by browns father michael. The shooting of the unarmed black 18 year old, by white Police Officer darren wilson, sparked violent demonstrations and the black lives matter movement. Later on today, a march is planned at the site of the brown shooting. Well have much more on ferguson coming up in the next half hour. And the fbi is now assisting in the investigation of a deadly shooting at the hands of a rookie texas Police Officer. Friday morning, the Police Officer brad miller shot and killed 19 year old Christian Taylor during a burglary call at a car dealership. According to report, taylor was unarmed at the time of the shooting, and in Arlington Police Department Spokesman says that taylor was uncooperative after crashing his jeep through the front glass of the dealership during the end courter. As officers stood outside the building they made verbal contact with mr. Taylor through the through the glass wall, instructing them lay on the ground. Mr. Taylor was not compliant. Well the officer has been placed on administrative leave while the investigation takes place, family members of taylor describe him as good kid, and dont believe that he was trying to commit a crime. Well, new this morning, police are on the scene after fatal crash in society hill. The single vehicle crash happened at the intersection of fourth and lombard streets. The vehicle crashed into a tree, only one person was in that car at the time. Police did not believe the driver had been drinking. And, also, new this morning, philadelphia fire investigators looking into the cause of a fire that tore through several amounts in a restaurant near the intersection of broad and huntington streets in north philadelphia. Shortly after 1 00 a. M. , fire crews respond today a call of a fire on the second floor of the threestory structure, were told the apartment was empty where that fire started. Two people were evacuated. And no injuries were reported. Also, an update to a story we first told but yesterday morning. Police now say 21 year old man was stabbed to death after flagging down a driver who was going the wrong way on a mayfair street. It happened on the 7300 block of revere street early yesterday. Police say the car slowed down, man then got out of the vehicle, and stabbed the other man in the chest. Suspect got back in the car, fled the scene. Police now are searching for that suspect. Happening today, family and friends of toddler killed in a hitandrun accident will gather to celebrate what would have been the boys third birthday. Back on april 13th, 2 year old david and his mother, josephine rivera, were struck by a hitandrun driver at the intersection of mascher street and lehigh avenue. The mother survived but the little boy died from his injuries several days later. To dade no one has been arrested or charged with that crime. The family says it is holding the event tonight to ensure that Justice System holds those responsible accountable for their actions. Pennsylvania attorney general, kathleen kane, was fingerprinted and arraigned this weekend at the Montgomery County courthouse. As state attorney general, kathleen kane, was met by media and a handful of wellwishers. Good luck, miss kane. But the small smile fell flat once inside the Montgomery County detective bureau. She went through the series of things that we have to do with processing, with fingerprints, and mugshot, things like that. This is a sad day for the citizens of pennsylvania. Thursday kane was formally charged with crimes including obstruction and perjury, which is a felony, for the alleged leak of protected grand jury information, that was later published in the philadelphia daily news. Prosecutors believe that this was an act of retaliation against former colleagues, that kane believe dealt her bad press in the months prior. Kane even more sure to avoid come but her attorneys spoke out against thursdays allegations. It leaves out players. It leaves out communications. It is really only a very small part of the story. It is not uncommon in a criminal case. And we expect that as time goes on, a greet deal more will come to light. A south jersey man accused of leaving two puppies in a hot car to die has pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charge. Authority say kevin conquest, sicklerville, left the puppies in a mt. Laurel parking lot while he worked on july 4th. The three month old puppies were a husky and golden retriever. A judge fined conquest 4,000, and he is now banned from owning any animals for five years. And must serve some 40 hours of Community Service at the Camden County animal shelter. A former Montgomery County teach here pleaded guilty to having sex with one of her student cents sentenced to prison. Thirtyfour year old Jessica Streeper will serve nine months, nearly two years. Prosecutors say, streeper sex with a eighth Grade Student last spring in her car, and in her home. She was a teacher at eisenhour science and Technology Leadership academy in norristown. And now, to the latest of the cases of legionnaires disease in new york, mayor bill de blasio says the month long outbreak is finally contained, but the work is far from over. The number of cases stands at 108 and ten people have died of the disease. Steve langford from our sister station cbs2 reports. State officials leaving month for Medical Center in the bronx saturday with a test sample from one of the hospitals cooling towers. As part of a blitz of the borough to stop the spread of legionnaires disease, crews are racing to test more than 40 buildings by the end of the weekends. Asked the governor and the governor asked us. And on to the ben franklin bridge midspan. If you are headed to the shore, if you are taking the ben franklin or the walt whitman bridge, both bridges are in good shape. Further up no problems on four it, five, a the Atlantic City expressway, parkway, routes 947, 347, alternate route of the shore look good. So dot black horse and white horse pike. If you are headed to the poconos, no delays on the northeast extension or the pa turnpike. Mass transit or or close to schedule. Thats the latest from the cbs3 traffic center. Im ann evans, now, todd, back to you. Okay, ann, thank you so much. Breaking news, in texas this morning, police say that five children and three adult have been found dead inside a houston home. Police discovered their bodies after arresting a man who exchanged gunfire with police. Authorities came to the house after receiving information indicate that there was a man inside who was wanted on aggravated assault. When they arrived, they saw a body and forced themselves inside where gunfire was exchanged with the suspect. The suspect then surrendered an hour later. No word right now on relationship between the suspect and those victims there in texas. Well, patco says it has found a defect thats causing some of its trains to stop without warning. It happened 43 times, between may and july of this year, alone, on trains traveling between philadelphia and south jersey. The courier post reports that a break pad issue is to blame, in each case, ride hers to be transferred to other trains. The problem is only affecting older cars, patco is in the process of overhauling its cars, but wont be done until late next year. A mechanic in oregon goes to work at auto shop every day.
