"eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us now in our cbs-3 sat center with the latest on this, good morning. >> good morning, kane vowed to vigorously pursue her case in court. yesterday prosecutors outline the case she will have to defend herself against. kane blames so-called behind the scenes maneuvering for her criminal case, however montgomery county d.a. risa furman alleges kane's own actions placed her at the center after crusade against rivals and series of steps to cover her tracks. kane now faces charge every conspiracy obstruction oppression perjury false swearing, the charges stem from an extensive investigation into high profile grand jury leaks to the press. leaks that prosecutors have linked to kane and her office. charging documents also allege kane lied about the leaks under oath. governor wolf as you mentioned has spoken out doubting if the state's top law enforcement officer can do her job and still face very serious charges. fuhrman also echoed now. new this morning, man is shot and killed on a north philadelphia street. philadelphia police are investigating the shooting that took place just after midnight on the 1900 block of north crosskeys street. police arrived to find a 18 year old man who was shot in the chest and stomach. he was taken to temple hospital where he died shortly after 2:00 this morning. his attack, still at large described by police as female between the age of 18 and 20. >> a body found in the darby creek has been identified as one year old lakwon of folcroft. he was last seen riding his bike monday afternoon. the darby creek is just a few miles from his home. his family has been searching for him for days since monday, and offered a reward for information. the cause of death has been ruled drowning. no foul play is suspected. well the countdown continues. we are only 50 days now away from the papal visit and one of the biggest concerns of course during the pope's visit will be travel. this week, winners of the regional rail pass lottery are being notified by e-mail. septa spokesperson says the transit agency received more than 328,000 papal rail pass requests. the winners now have until sunday to purchase those passes. septa says it will hold a second lottery next week. >> on next wednesday, we are going to do another lottery just for the norristown high-speed line, and for the 101 and the 102 trolleys. and so by monday or tuesday you will know if you have any option for regional rail passes. septa says, 31 to 32,000 passes will be available for the norristown high-speed look outside, as you can see all of the roads are pretty much looking like this. this is the platt bridge westbound, off ramp to 956789 left lane was block that's since been cleared so the platt bridge actually looking real nice. just few headlight out there. and some construction, yes we will get to that in a moment. forty-two freeway northbound direction at creek road. as you approach 295
