these serious charges. reporter: state attorney general kathleen kane has had this to say in a statement. a resignation would be an admission of guilt, and i m not guilty. what kane does not dispute according to the november 17th, 2014 grand jury testimony, is that she believed that the public had the right to know the details of a 2009 case involving adversaries. let s put it out to the press she recalled in court. but kane has maintained that she was not involved in illegally leaking the info to the philadelphia daily news for june 2014 article. an act of retaliation coupled with a cover up, according to montgomery county district attorney risa furhman. in the hopes of embarrassing and harming former state prosecutors whom she believed, whom she believed, without evidence, had made her look bad. reporter: furhman is talking about a philadelphia inquirer article published three months earlier, kane disputes all above allegations adding i look forward to the opportunity
