in the dark hoodie was seen running south on aramingo, matching description can be seen in surveillance footage taken from the storefront along that route. nothing from the home was taken, the child, we're told received endless love from her mother and is being cared for by family. right now police are not confirming any leads but a vigil in stephanie's honor is scheduled to be held here tonight at 8:00 p.m. reporting live, alexandria hoff, for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". thank you, alex. state police continue their search for a pennsylvania teenager taken from her home 19 hours ago. troopers are looking for 16 year-old jenai paterson abducted from her wilkes barre home around 11:00 o'clock last night. police say paterson was abducted by 21 year-old walter lewis considered armed and dangerous. the the two may be traveling in a red car, if you see them, please contact 911 right away. we are learning more about a scout master in south jersey charged with trying to lure an 11 year-old boy into sex. frank sandy thompson was an assistant scout master with troop 73 in west cape may. investigators found he was giving the boy expensive gifts. neighbors say thomas was well regarded but one woman is now questioning what she saw. >> he brought a little boy over here to sit on my porch and told me his parents were involved in drugs and he was, you know, being his mentor and taking him for a ride in the golf cart and i thought that was great. >> i had no concept that there was anything else involved. >> boy scouts have a rule that adults are never to be left one on berks county is making headlines tonight after he crashed in the barricade at the u.s. capitol building. police spokeswoman said that the man identified as antonio perryrossio has been charged with felony destruction of property and unlawful entry. police say the car was cleared of hazard and removed from the barricade. the the house was not in session, at the time of the crash and lawmakers or mosquitoes are now widespread. health report arer stephanie stahl joins with us more on the virus, stephanie. >> reporter: pennsylvania has its first case of west nile virus in a 17 year-old woman and a six year-old little girl has also tested positive in sussex county, delaware. the summer pests are out in full force, mosquitoes thrive in hot, moist air, august being prime time. they bring not only itching by the but potentially west nile virus. testing around the region show virus infected mosquitoes have been located around our area. pennsylvania pennsylvania health department says, that positive samples, shown in red have been found, throughout the the southeastern part of the state, and in new jersey, the the health department there says that the virus has been found in most counties. nationwide, nearly 40 people have contracted the virus, two locally, symptoms include fever, headache, body aches and fatigue. >> that occurred in 20 percent of the people who get bitten by the infected mosquitoes. everybody doesn't get sick, 1 percent get most serious complications, or this kind of paralyzing illness that can be long lasting. >> reporter: west nile virus causes a inflammation around the brain and spinal column passed from mosquitoes to human. to curb the risk, municipal spring to kill mosquitoes like this in camden county has moved into high gear throughout the region. the biggest risk for west nile virus is now when mosquitoes are abundant but doctors say majority of the healthy people who are infected do not get really sick. you want to avoid this if you can, best protection around the mosquitoes, inn sense and spray. >> whenever i see standing water, that is first thing i can think of. >> dump out that standing water because that is where
