drains are cleaned out, the debris is taken out at a wastewater treatment plant and they are doing everything they can to continually work on the homeless issue and try to find ways to solve homelessness. in ct, she says the city is working on adding 1000 new beds, by next year and they're working to pass a $600 million affordable housing bond and create much-needed housing here in the thoroughfares people take to get into the city and other parts of oakland and the east bay it has not one but two problems. one is an earlier problem at westbound 80 at powell street, blocking the carpool flyover lane. that is the lesser of the two problems the biggest problem is university and that is a crash locking two middle lanes and you can see a solid red line extended all the way from berkeley into kensington. your drive from the carquinez bridge and the macarthur bridge is approaching an hour and that's because of these two problems. you can see this all the traffic inching along this is westbound 80 at university where the second crashes. if we pull the camera out, you can get an idea of just how bad the backup is. if you can, you can see the access road on the left hand side is also pretty congested but maybe take some berkeley city streets and try to get over to the towbridge plaza, another problem spot is also in contra costa county, this is eastbound or west on highway four through pittsburgh. it is pretty solid and then southbound just south of concord, a collision slowing things down. it does open up once you get to the tunnel. 7:21 to turn it over to steve was found by deputies a mile away from his middle school. abraham was then handcuffed by deputies when they found him and tried to calm him down. he was found wandering about a mile away from school the bus. the chp says the bus was traveling on highway 46 when i went off the road and down an 80 foot embankment and landed in a dry riverbed. the bus driver falling behind the bus said there were no up too much, your drive from the carquinez bridge to macarthur maze will take you 33 minutes. this has improved to what we saw on the strive just about 15 minutes ago. commute is improving as the crashes on the westbound 80 quarter cleared out of the way but give yourself some extra time. once you make it here to the bay bridge toll plaza those cash lanes are nice and open. same with the after a tour bus crashed overnight outside san luis obispo. people on the bus include crew members for josh turner. turner himself was not on the bus. chp says the bus was traveling on highway 46 when it went off the road and down an 80 foot cliff that landed in a dry riverbed. the bus driver following behind says there were no brake lights when the bus left of the road. chp has ruled out drugs or alcohol as a factor in the crash. it appears the crew is heading to yakima, washington. a redwood city man is in critical condition after being hit by a police car. he was crossing el camino real little bit? >> a little bit starting today. it will start though with texas here because there is some torrential rain amounts coming in. three-day totals now 30-40 inches of rain. some of the heaviest flooding around beaumont, which is earring in zeroing in i think on 30 inches of rain in 24 hours, that is causing problems, a friend of mine is stuck at the houston airport. they said they got on the plane and they made him get off because there's too much lightning and rain in the area. it does look like it is backtracking a bit gulf.towards the golf gulf.. but, there are reports again do get a little warm up on the saturday, i think another one is on the way for sunday. i kind of noticed the forecast miles models back up, and start to speed of these lows, the pattern continues here
