arrested and booked in to san mateo county jail. >> we know we are going to drink, we take an uber or lyft. it's safer. >> reporter: this lyft rider hasn't heard about the incident and says this is why she never rides alone and checks reviews of drivers and realizes the risk any time she gets in the car. >> people need to care for yourself, you can be taken imprisonment investigation. >> i think physically the victim is fine but obviously for any trauma victiminvolved h process. >> reporter: lyft issued a statement that reads in part, safety is fundamental to lyft, what is described aster investigating a shooting that injured four people just down the block from the police department's northern station, the shooting happened at 11:30 saturday night at the mcdonald's parking lot on fillmore and golden gate. one person has life threatening injuries, three others were hurt. this was not a random shooting but they do not have information about a motive or suspect description. anyone with information should call san francisco police. a fatal shooting is being investigated in east san jose. the police were called 10:30 saturday night about a shooting at the emma pr esh farm park. a man was found shot. they don't know of a motive and haven't identified a suspect. if you have information, call san jose police. two stranded hikers are recovering, they were rescued from trails in the east bay. san ramone firefighters called in a helicopter to the park on saturday to rescue a dehydrated and stranded hiker. later in the day, crews rescued a hiker on a trail in mount deablo for similar reasons. both air lifted for further treatment and expected to be okay. fire crews in san mateo county make quick work of a small vegetation fire. cal fire tweeted out these photos. it started in the western hills of san mateo county. three to five acres burned. one firefighter suffered a minor injury but nobody else was hurt and the cause is under investigation. golf fire in lake county is fully contained. that started thursday this kelseyville at golf drive. at one point a few dozen homes were threatened but no homes were damaged. firefighters say a discarded cigarette
