department warns it has limited ability to provide emergency services to u.s. citizens in iraq and told workers get out of the country as soon as possible and avoid u.s. facilities in iraq. the u.s. government warned of threats from iran after it resumed higher enrichment of uranium. a rumor threatening violence at the school. the principal said they are investigating. extra security will be at the high school and if a student started the rumor, the school district said they will give maximum discipline. >> today the suspects in a school shooting from earlier in month due in court. prosecutors in colorado will file charges against the suspects, one of whom is 18 years old, the other a juvenile. the two teens are accused of attacking their charter school last week killing one classmate and injuring eight others. now, a memorial service will be held for that one student kendrick castillo, the 18-year- old shot and killed as he rushed at least one of the shooters in highlands ranch. testimony resumes in the ghost ship warehouse fire and more tenants will give emotional testimony about the night 36 people died in that deadly fire. yesterday, a man who lived in the warehouse with his girlfriend told the told the jury he never thought it was a problem. he was emotional when he was asked to identify the defendants in court. >> mr. cal vara was almost in tears when he had to identify mr. harris in court and he explained it was the first time he had seen that terrorist and it was hard to see max harris in this situation. also testifying was oakland fire captain who testified he was concerned by the amount of material inside the warehouse back in 2014 when firefighters went inside two years before the fire. they were there, because of a small fire outside of county court for strong arm robbery caught on camera, but the surveillance is hard to watch. it shows the suspect wearing a hoodie sneaking behind a mother and daughter to see the pediatrician. he grabs a woman's purse and drags them down the steps. the robbery happened on may 6th. >> i don't know if the mom or child was slammed on the ground or wall, but it was allowed noise like boom. that is when i rushed out. >> it was unexpected and minding her own business and he comes out of nowhere. >> a receptionist said they have suffered minor injuries, and security video helped arrest the 26-year-old. police say they searched his home and found evidence linking him to four other purse snatching. they think there maybe other victims who have not come forward. in richmond, police are searching for a suspect. police found a man with a gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene. so far no information on a suspect or motive but this fellows a string of four shootings that happened sunday night at three different locations 90 minutes from each other and it is still unclear if they are related. we checked the stock markets. wall street could have a mixed opening this morning after yesterday's rebound from pretty big losses on monday. u.s. stocks went up as the three major indices clogged back. uncertainty is making some very uneasy while others are buying stocks at lower prices. four people remain hospitalized after monday's midair collision involving two sightseeing planes off the coast of alaska. one of the planes was descending when the two planes hit. six people died including one of the pilots. they were operated by different companies and both carrying passengers from the cruise ship that docked in catchy can. your time is 4:07. a group of students, parents and lawmakers will go to the state capital for education. they will meet and lobby lawmakers including school funding, class curriculum and higher education. they will meet at the mall. buses with such a ban. supporters of the technology say it has the capability to help police departments more efficient identify and arrest suspects. they say they can wrongly implicating wrong people. the recovering in the hospital this morning after being hit by a suspectnd drunk driver. it happened yesterday afternoon. police say a truck hit the teenager as he walked on the shoulder of the road. officers arrested the 58-year- old driver at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence. marine experts looking for clues after yet another whale washed up on the beach. it was spotted yesterday morning at pedro point. the scientists haven't examined in yet because that area is too dangerous to walk out to. the experts say the whales are on their annual migration north to alaska and many were mall future rushed or hit by a ship. they worked to hep a horse that was stuck up to its neck in mud. look at this. firefighters used shovels to clear the mud and ropes to pull that horse out. it worked eventually. the woman riding the horse stayed close by while that rescue took place. >> the california dmv is making a request to get funding for customer experience. they are asking for $162 million in addition to the budget they have. the request is the latest response to complaints of long lines and poor service. some state lawmakers are skeptical about handing out more money.
