with the san ramon police department and we are told that the good news is there are no additional threats that have been made to california high school within d last week. the most recent one was found on wednesday morning inside of a boy's bathroom. in graffiti scribbled across a wall it said tomorrow library will be shot up first, then courtyard and then myself. it included a racial sure against african-americans. two other threats were found last week. one on another bathroom wall saying there would be a shooting at dahl hall may 9. safety is said to be the top priority. so that is why there will be a lot of san ramon police officers on and around campus today. the san ramon police department says there will be a heavy police presence tomorrow, as well. there are 47 security cameras set up around the school. we spoke to a football coach at the school whose brother is also a senior here. he was really spiced to here about the threats he said. >> i went here a few years back. i finished the season coaching here and it imy family has experienced being involved in the community here and having siblings that so, definitely not. >> reporter: in the email to parents, cal high's principal said quote... said quote... the school has set up an anonymous tip line for anybody with information about who wrote the threats across the school and staff and students are being damage on protected under the conservation easement. the sonoma land trust stewardship found a patch of live landscape above bennett valley scraped down to bedrock. a 180-year-old oak was uprooted and bound so it could be dragged to an adjoining parcel to adorn the grounds of a newly constructed state home. the homeowner was ordered to pay nearly $600,000 for the damage. a man from berkeley is charged with possessing a home made handgun and part of an assault rifle. the license plate on the car he was stopped in was registered to another car. he was identified as arturo avilar. police found guns, other weapons and methamphetamine during the search of the home and found more of the drug and am vision. he is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on monday. the latest survey of people homeless in more rip county found a drop in the number of those chronically homeless. a 28% decrease in the number of chronically homeless people since january of 2017. a policy analyst contributed the drop to liccardo who suffered a fractured stern numb, two cracked vertebrae and he is on the mend after a biking accident on new year's day. he says his helmet helped to save his life. he may get on a bike shooting today. late last night we talked to a coach of the school that said that is not the culture of cal high. >> it seems like a cowardly act in terms of premeditated actions and writing things in locations where most people are not going to say. it is just not really adding up >> several parents we talked with say they will leave it up to their children to decide if they want the go to school today and school officials say they will work with teachers so students that stay home are not penalized. by tomorrow we should learn the formal charges being filed against the two people accused of tuesday's deadly shootings at a colorado school. grieving students and staff are remembers kendrick castillo who died trying to stop the attack. is a vigil was held at highlands ranch, colorado. many of wore t- shirts from team enough, to end gun violence. the 18-year-old that died is being called a hero because he charged at one of the two shooters who were opening fire inside his classroom. castillo killed as he and others tackled the shooter giving their classmates a chance to get away. it is second shooter was captured by an armed security guard. another student that helped subdue the against the 16- year-old suspect, adding they are just not old charged as an a local high school spanish teacher is behind bars suspected of having unlax a min 59-year-old hector vasquez is currently on leave from west moore high school. the student says he has been a teacher at west moore since 2011. there is no word yet if the alleged victim is a student. a san francisco doctor is being
