And driving with his 10 yearold daughter in antioch says she noticed that a ruled over car on fire had people trapped inside instead of calling 911 they pulled over and he ended up rescuing a little girl. Troy white says he was driving on highway 4 in antioch with his daughter delilah tuesday afternoon when they noticed a car rolled over and on fire with people stuck inside. This is not the first time sims metal has had a runin with the district, the redwood city facility was issued violations in 2012 2013 and in 2018, a large fire at the richmond facility forced to shelter in place.
