Containment did jump up to 26 today and more than 1200 structures have been destroyed 21,000 are still threatened and thousands of people still cannot return to their homes tonight while there are new mandatory Evacuation Orders for folks in parts of napa county tonight. Those include the northern part of the county bordered on the west by highway 29 on livermore road on the north by the lake county line and to the east by edna mine road.
