Weather Forecast as we head into the weekend. The same day as far this morning find out what the weekend looks like hi dave. Hey good morning morning, good morning. Everybody, im looks like its a cool little spell coming our way in the so will be cooler than what we experienced and what is coming our way into the middle of next week. Its a running a little flavor summer coming up around the bend here but before we get there a little chilly with some breezy like conditions, heres a shot of the bay bridge is the suns coming up over the east bay hills temperatures have been very sluggish this morning, were still in the 40s up there in the north bay, the bottles graduated up to 50 now 52
San Francisco, we have 49 chilling degrees still in livermore theyre trailing there as well, but most east bay readings are in the 50s now 50 meanwhile down to san jose. We get to these winds here this is what goes on is kind of calms down a little bit this afternoon that picks up late this afternoon through this evening and really through the overnight until tomorrow morning. And were actually getting a little bit more weather into tomorrow morning and afternoon. What some stray showers coming our way. Now lets look at the coverage areas which want to look for here, its not a lot quantitatively are the numbers dont move much. But at least we get some green on their cut distributed across the journal whole bay and near bodies of waters will notice the east bay shoreline. The coast along the peninsula, a little bit up there. The north bay enough to maybe what some of the roads temporarily and up maybe perhaps 30 up your car little touch there so boom thats all were getting after that gradually
High Pressure will start to build and once it does or does it have an attitude its going to take us through the rest of next week and even the next weekend looking at some of the longer range forecast models looks like a heat spike coming our way a little disagreement in terms of some of those numbers way off to the rise in but looks like the
Sacramento Valley could be popping at a 100 plus potentially. Ok, so the 4 zone forecast for today 66
San Franciscos
Mission District also matching that to the coast at 64, daly city pacific at 61
Half Moon Bay at 64. To the northern end of the peninsula will stay in the 60s along the bay side 68 for burley gain but the 70s return back to the south here foster sitting at 70, although san matteo at 6872 for so palo alto and
Mountain View at 73. The south bay were still in 70s territory 77 for morgan hill 75 san
Jose Milpitas at 74. And the east bay shoreline lower 70s tri valley mid 70s with dublin that 74. The
Contra Costa County its good to 77 walnut creek. Concord at 79. On the east bay shoreline lower 70. So theres a decoupling with temperatures there even though we start to cool off a bit. And jumping up here the north bay, a chilly 66 filet hose those winds will be howling later on this afternoon, vacaville still popping at 80 77 napa 76 for sonoma, rosa what the coast at around 60 ish there you have a 70 forecast to drop this weekend little token rain blah blah blah and the next week we quickly zoom to the 70s and back up to the 80s and popping near 90 or so come thursday and into the following week and not numbers and picking some of the far east bay reaches they even go extend beyond that as we get into next weekend. As it looks like this heat spike will be around for a little while well back to you lets gonna be also around for a little while is the lack of traffic because of sheltering in place you can clearly see traffic light at the bay bridge toll plaza, no problems if you need to hop on to that span. And down on to fremont street construction, most of it has already gone i saw this morning. But it looks like its all free and clear about 9 minutes from the macarthur maze into
