busy afternoon at the corner of 23th and mission streets, san francisco police say the prius collided with a muni bus. 3 pedestrians were hurt a person in the cross walk that was struck and some somehow was sandwiched between the 2 cars. >>the bus continued northbound on mission stops and a male patient passenger disembark the bus as the car, the suspect vehicle was fleeing an northbound on the east curbside striking that person sustaining serious injuries, a 3rd victim, a woman suffered a non-life threatening injuries. police say the suspect driver left the scene and came back in thousands of patients with type one diabetes the recall applies to certain medtronic many med 600 series insulin pumps. one patient has died and more than 2000 have been injured by the devices, according to the fda. the faulty pumps deliver incorrect insulin. doses that is which can lead to serious medical complications. the recall includes about 322,000 devices. >>if you have flown southwest airlines in the last year and a half of this is disturbing news your life was at risk. that's according to a government report it found poor f a a oversight of southwest airlines. the us
