morning though so don't let this nice afternoon for you his still need your jackets, beautiful start to the morning for san francisco in the east bay we do have some visibility concerns out into the delta if you're in concord oakley antioch and surrounding areas that's where you're looking at some fog having settled in this morning also just a touch of it there on the east side of the peninsula visibility in concord will fall below a mile at times this morning. so definitely keep an eye on that if you are out in the east bay. >>most areas though compared to yesterday free of fog and off to smooth sailing this morning. as you get on the roadways for the your work week skies, nice and clear right now for the most part and we're going to keep those clear skies this afternoon that means sunshine and warm temperatures later redwood city livermore much the north bay double in concord all in the 30's this morning so cooler than yesterday it is definitely a chilly start to what will be a mild friday afternoon with highs back into the 60's for most of the bay area today, mostly sunny skies and dry conditions for the day i'm talking some rain tonight near forecast ahead. >>all right. thank you john thank goodness, it's not raining right now we have a pretty easy commute around the bay area we're checking in on 92 the trip across the san mateo bridge because we had a stall that was westbound there mid span it's but you see the left overcrowding there that are left behind so it's going to be little slow. from the toll plaza to the high rise. so that's why you bumped up to 15 minutes to make it over to one o one, here's the bay bridge 80 west. we have a nice steady flow of traffic. no problems rolling in. we're hot spot free very quiet at 8 minutes off to fremont street we'll take a look at more bridges coming up a little bit later well. happening now there's a major water main along the peninsula. it's in menlo park and it could leave people in that area without water for up to 24 hours from 4 sarah stinson is live at the location with the very latest sarah. >>right now menlo park water department crews are out here trying to get this fixed because this could have a huge impact on this entire area of menlo park as they could potentially be without water for 24 hours. that's what we're hearing from the department of course they're working as fast as they can but that's what it's looking like right now as you can do is a lot of water on the so that's good. no flooding, but they're working right now to get this repaired take a look at this map so you can see where we're standing in menlo park and where this water main break has occurred and pierce road and ringwood avenue, the water came out here to address the problem as soon as possible. and they estimate repairs could take it again sometime between now and 24 hours. the water department had to shut off the water in the area appears road between alpine avenue and menlo oaks drive so that is those are the areas that are being shut off right now repeat that the areas of been shut off their peers road between alpine avenue and menlo oaks drive and you can see again live right now it's was a little bit brighter moment ago, but you can see several work trucks here a lot of people in this nie work here they're walking around trying to figure this out fix it there and again not a lot of flooding. so that's a good thing usually when you see a water main break to see flooding all over the roads become uncontrollable looks like they may be got under control they put the water the shut the water off in time so that didn't flood all over the place but that means people in this area don't have water they're probably sleeping right now going to waking up without water, so
