Its just south of the 280 101 interchange and firefighters are trying to put out the hotspots still remaining at this home. From what we understand at this point, the fire was reported around 3 30 this morning and firefighters had it under control 1520 minutes later and according to the citizen app, there were five people in the home at the time that made it out safely and the red cross is now at the scene trying to help those who lived at the home. Police believe he is a cal state consultant and the bomb squad was brought in to investigate a backpack and adding to the mystery. Inside the backpack were items that one would use to potentially use to kidnap somebody as well as a weapon similar to the weapon we believed was used in the actual homicide.
