We dont know how the person died, the victims family has been notified but theres no information right now. Reporter the manager says clientele dropped about 30 and the restaurant started getting a bad rap online. We had reviews on yelp and google saying we had a great time, but car got broken into. Reporter thats why the business invested in this parking lot with about 100 spots for customers to enjoy Dining Experience again. And could be an option for those looking for parking around the embarcadero. Four robberies, two auto thefts and three assaults were reported in that area the last week. But shortly after 4 00 they found an abandoned vehicle blocking lanes on the west side, two people arrived at the hospital with gunshot wounds, expected to be okay. Another car in eastbound lanes was also hit by a bullet, no one in the car was hurt. No word on arrests or the suspects car. The major paving project on i80 is hurting more than drivers but works and businesses normally making money this weekend. But the project is smooth and on schedule. Reporter caltrans says businesses that lose money directly from the work can apply for relief from the state. Thats within their right to do, file a claim. They would have to open their books. Once they open them to the state auditor they would go through the claim and assess it. Reporter the gm says the restaurant will likely apply for relief after assessing the final losses.
