>> that is absolutely right. the combination of the pent-up demand plus the leisure vacations opening up in the u.s. that are creating this increased demand. >> reporter: while passenger volume was way down at major airports in new york and l.a., it's actually already up above prepandemic levels in places like ski country in colorado, key west, and myrtle beach >> what happens tourism been like for myrtle beach?
