So with the snowpack and the rainfall weve had so far, this is great, because its helping to keep us out of a drought. Whoever was inside tried to push him off the car. He got dragged up the road. And thats when it was awful. Police say the person in the photos was driving a white pickup when he hit an 85yearold man on monday. That man was crossing redwood street in his wheelchair. More than a decade later and the hurt remains the same for those who knew oscar grant. 11 years ago today, a bart Police Officer shot and killed oscar grant at the Fruitvale Bart station. He is expected to be okay, though. An unusual new years day traffic stop has left one officer hospitalized. It started when a Police Officer pulled over a car for having a faulty license plate on highway 17 in san jose. Now during this stop, the officers smelled something odd and says he saw what he believed were drugs in the car. He then began to feel sick.
