Firefighters on the front lines of the north complex fire burning in butte and plumas counties are racing against the clock to build containment lines. And more than a quarter of a million acres burned, only 26 contained. Cal fire is worried about the gusty winds in the forecast. The fire has already burned more than 300 structures.
