Jharkhand: Vehicle ferrying cattle torched in Seraikela | Ra

Unidentified people set fire to a four-wheeler ferrying cattle in Seraikela-Kharsawan district. Investigation ongoing to ascertain the vehicle owner. No recent complaints of cattle theft reported. Incident occurred near Ganjiya barrage.
