Ijaw Youths calls for increased funding of presidential 

President of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Jonathan Lokpobiri, has advocated for an upward review of the allocation accruable to the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) from the Federal Government's purse.
