Gracie's Chinese Cuisine still closed after IRS, ICE raid

ICE is the investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security. Shawn Neudauer, the Homeland Security Investigations spokesman for Indiana, told the Courier & Press the day after the raid that it was related to a criminal investigation, not an immigration case.
He gave the following statement at the time: 
"Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and IRS special agents, with the assistance of the Indiana State Police, conducted federal search warrants in the Evansville, Indiana, area (Feb. 24) as part of an ongoing criminal investigation. There is no threat to the public. As the matter remains an ongoing investigation no further information is currently available.”Phone calls to the restaurant were unanswered and an email to the address listed on the restaurant website was returned as undelivered.
