Belgium's Ghent University has terminated its partnerships with all Israeli universities and research institutions, citing misalignment with its human rights policy. The decision follows pro-Palestinian protests and concerns about connections between Israeli academic institutions and the Israeli government. UGent will, however, continue collaborating with six non-academic Israeli entities.
