KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has contacted his "old friend" Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan, the former president of Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS), which rejected an electoral pact between the two parties.
