Fraziers Bottom residents continue voicing rezoning concerns | News

In January 2024, the Putnam County Commission signed an order to rezone a 36-acre tract of land along Route 817 from C1 Suburban Commercial District to C2 High-Density Commercial District, which was originally approved during the Dec. 28, 2023 commission meeting. Concerns from locals in and around Fraziers Bottom have continued to voice their concerns, including at a commission meeting on Feb. 27, 2024.
