look. >> i provided the committee with suspension with the report and they testified for more than five hours. and why we have gone beyond president to provide the committee with the transcripts of the interview with the president. but we have made clear that we will not provide audio recordings in which the transcripts that you already have were created. >> release the tapes let the american people here and see them, meanwhile house judiciary committee is urging congress to defund activities, he joins us now with more, what day, let's get your summation of all of what happened. >> there is no dispute about what he did, he altered the sequence of the documents seas. he violated every process and the justice department has when he did that a year ago in august. there's no dispute about that, it's in the court filing as you point out in the hearing today, the sequence has been change. so that was a big take away and the other one was we've asked for these communications. uses i don't know the justice department has communicated, we've asked for the communications months ago. but he says he still does not know, give us the communications if they exist, if they don't tell us. but he will not say which leads anyone with common sense to believe that there was communication going on for example we know nathan came up from georgia and had meetings with the white house and the justice department in the january 6 committee and were going to get those communications. so those in my mind whether two biggest takeaways and then of course the third was this idea that he's not going to give us the audio, i think they waive the privilege when he gave us everything else and will never forget, we've already seen the white house alter the transcript that the transcripts are different than one president biden may say when he's giving the speech reading from the teleprompter, we've caught the making adjustments to that before. so we want the audiotape because we want the best evidence to do our constitutional duty to do oversight. >> the american people have a right to hear them, the american people have an election coming up and if joe biden did not know that he became vice president in 2009. >> was a still into thousand nine, we need to hear that, the american people need to hear that. he's running cover for joe biden and that is what the weaponization of justice is now become. politicizing the justice department, that is what your committee has been and continues to investigate, are you happy with the answers you got? >> you are spot on about that as he said. the prosecutor in his opening statement. addiction is not a choice. but buying a gun illegally is a choice and lying is a choice. and both of those things he is alleging that hunter biden did. and look, when you mention the laptop, today it was a momentous occasion in the whole saga the laptop that the new york post has been living for the last three years and eight months since we first broke the story from the laptop showing that joe biden was involved in his family's influence peddling scheme around the world. and there is on that laptop. and we were, introduced, censored by big tech, twitter said that we published, materials and we have 51 former intelligence officials calling it russian disinformation. at 2:10 pm in delaware in that courtroom, the prosecutor derrick picked up the laptop from hell as a donald trump dub day. it's a wrapped in clear plastic cover and he bore it aloft to cross the courtroom to his first witness that was an fbi agent. and he asked her to identify. this is hunter biden's laptop. i know that from the serial number on the back. and there was hunter biden that pretended for all this time that he doesn't know if the laptop's hazing could have been stolen by russian intelligence could've been hacked or whatever. he is sitting they are impassive as it's happening. >> let me ask you on the legal side. trump's accusers were not allowed on the jury, as part of the questioning that went on my understanding. this sympathy level of the jurors on the issue of addiction, i understand. but will not be a distraction for the jury in your view. let me tell you why i don't support the involvement in the years around statute of limitations to pass as it relates to tax issues, this guy's first plan is no charges at all, iris whistleblowers unfortunately came out and that force them into plan b you which shows the sweetheart deal that was blown up by the judge in the case. thankfully who actually read with the plea agreement was in got the defence to admit that they never even seen a deal that themselves. now we're here at issue three. but it's the same guy that wanted no charges after delaying this and delaying that. i don't trust him in this case, your reaction to all of that. >> nobody should trust david for the reasons that you stated, he was forced to bring this case, kicking and screaming and only because of the whistleblowers in this particular federal judge pick the evidence against hunter is overwhelming indication of been brought five years ago. but that is why joe biden issued this statement about his son the tropic that statement was meant for those jurors hoping that the nullify the low and acquit. that's why joe biden is sitting there right behind hunter, a visual reminder. the biden's own this state. unfortunately it turns out the best witness against hunter is hunter, he committed himself on the laptop timestamp photographs, doing drugs before he buys the gun, in the day he buys it, he's messaging to his drug dealer to score cracked. none of that will stop his lawyer from claiming my client was in denial. so he didn't think that he was addicted and could not have had the requisite intent utterly ludicrous. but if a biden loving jury is in your back pocket already while you have to do is give them an absurd excuse. >> first of all is a serious lawyer. and probably works to hunter's advantage, all credit to him hiring a good attorney. number 1, number 2 this is when prospective jurors at the time said that everybody knows each other, everybody, it's a small town. i would say very favourable venue for hunter, well he said trump had no shot in new york, you cannot get a fair trial, he did not get a fair trial. i would say that the odds are pretty high here. hunter can can a little, i only have about?
