>> charles, i think this is the most important thing, and it's not really relevant to one of the four criminal cases or even the several proceedings specifically what i think the whole thing is a bundle, you just take a step back and look at this, they did this on purpose so that these trials would all happen right up to -- near running up to the election. and having been in a few pretty complicated criminal proceedings i can tell you that one of these cases is a full-time job and will often have 18 months or more of pretrial proceedings. the idea that you can jam somebody up and make them do four criminal trials and that the justice department is using a date certain namely election day as its goalposts in order to schedule all this is to be a profound dew process violation and it will have to be addressed at some point. >> charles: and john r. point, there's also this notion that collusion when you have these local agen agencies, visiting the white house, mitigating without her white house cup perhaps coordinating strategy, is there any logins that that because it seems unsavory?
