>> kayleigh: this is a fox news alert. after nearly 50 days of captivity, hamas has freed 24 hostages, and they say they will release more in the coming days. correspondent jeff paul is on the ground in israel with the latest. >> yeah, and we are learning tonight that, on top of the 13 hostages released today, the israeli government believes there could be another 13 released tomorrow. but the mood right now a bit bittersweet on the ground in israel, because people know there are still more than 200 people being held captive inside gaza. nonetheless, today was a very significant first step, and we could see more scenes like that if this cease-fire that went into effect at 7:00 a.m. this morning holds. here's what we know about people released today. 24 hostages released by hamas, 13 are israelis, 11 are foreign nationals. among the israelis freed, we know four of them were kids ages two to just nine years old. one of the kids, the 9-year-old, actually had a birthday inside gaza while being held captive by hamas. three of them are mothers and six are elderly women, but none of them, any of the three, where americans being held captive, at least not yet. today israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu spoke about the hostage releasing and said he basically wanted to ensure that everyone eventually gets home. >> interpreter: i emphasize to you, the families, and the citizens of israel, we are committed to the return of all the abductees. this is one goal of the war and we are committed to achieving all the goals of the war. >> what is critical about the time we are in right now is that the cease-fire holds. it ensured that more aid got into gaza for the folks who call gaza home, and it also ensured that the people being held captive by hamas were released. if that holds, we can see more hostage releasing happening in the coming days. back to you. >> kayleigh: we certainly hope that's the case. jeff paul, thank you. the people released today shows with the terrorists targeted. look at those faces. grandparents, moms, children. that's who the hamas terrorists took. on the morning of the attack last month, she was with her 6-year-old daughter. she sent a message to her family. once she realized what was happening, there were terrorists in her house, and she was afraid she would not survive. thankfully they lived and now they are on their way home after almost 50 days in terrorist captivity, in the darkness of those hamas tunnels. two sisters, two and half and four years old, they were kidnapped with their mother while they were visiting their grandmother. their father worried, but now they are home with their father. my daughter and i prayed for those two little girls, and i got to tell her today, her prayers were answered. yafa hadar was kidnapped last month. he or she is in a golf cart surrounded by terrorists. she is now free. one of her grandchildren is still a hamas hostage. he was kidnapped when he was eight years old. he turned nine. he had his ninth birthday in captivity. he was taken along with his mom and his grandmother. he had sent out birthday invitations for a party to his friends. unfortunately he will not be attending his own party because he is in the hands of hamas terrorists. i am told he's a brilliant chess player and a wizard with the rubik's cube. his mom abducted, as well. >> you can look at the picture, he is 9. happy birthday, wherever you are. you deserve to be out and about with your friends, not held in captivity by monsters who have conducted one of the most horrific massacres on earth against innocent people since the holocaust. >> kayleigh: that was on october 23rd, when i had that conversation about ohad. his mother, his grandmother, now free with him, but his grandfather and father are still hostages. former israeli diplomat and spokesperson for the israeli consulate in new york, you just saw him, that october 23rd conversation. he joins me now. i was live on "outnumbered" today at noon and we got the 13 names, and trey yingst reported, ohad, who you ask our viewers to a happy birthday, was freed. but it shows the heinousness of these terrorists, that they separate the mother from the grandfather, the grandfather from the grandmother. >> there was a photo came out of ohad being accompanied by terrorists from captivity to the ambulance, and that picture, frozen. imagine every parent's worst nightmare is to see their children in the hands of such monsters. we love ohad and we are so happy he is home. but like your reporter said, bittersweet, because even though we are filled with hope and passion that they are back, we want to see all of those people back, addicted from their beds in the morning of one of the most holiest and joyous days in the jewish tradition, the feast of simplot simchat torah.>> kayleigh: he as brother, ariel, in captivity. he spent a tenth of his life in captivity. one of his relatives rode this. "we must have the little strength, used a little strength we have to avoid falling apart. we tried to resist the urge to anticipate, hope, celebrate, or even imagine, because never before has someone felt so close and yet so far away." where these hostages were being freed from, i thought of little kfir. >> you ask yourself, with a baby, what do you do and you can't even walk connect who breastfeeds you, who touches you, who keeps you warm at night? the act of cruelty is beyond imagination, and these are the kind of monsters we are dealing with, kayleigh. >> kayleigh: and he wanted to tell me specifically, he said, "i want to tell our viewers about itan." >> these are not just numbers, these are live human beings. he is 12, and his mother says that he is even afraid to go on sleepovers to friends' houses. now he has spent 50 nights in the hands of the hamas members without any member of his family, after seeing his father shot a shot and taken awand takeny and his mother and two sisters separated from him, i think mothm every day.y da this photo accompanies me wherever i go because it's parta of my heart and the communal heart of all of thosed people who seek justice and light in this world. that should be where id. t is. any >> any indication tomorrow? we know there's a list of names . the israeli government now has i know you can't share the names. goow has. i don't even know if you're privy to the names. any indication? privl think they wil be children? >> so the the idea is thereildrn will be children?, even though when it comes to hamas, we know their nefarious character. meso you can't trust anythingfai until you actually see it with your own eyesous , which is exactly the reason why the government or any official go will not comermation. out with the information. because even when they tell you something, you can trust it. i can give you an example. hanna katsura, who wassometh red today, 79-year-old hanukkah zero islamic, announcest it.d ai days ago that she died as a result of israeli bombardment. c so imagine her family. one moment they hear that sh, e passed away because of that, and the next moment she's being released onto the car. hethese are manipulators of the worst kind of the human heart.no and they know how to target the hearts of israeli eyes and mass. but we are strong, kaylie, even though we are in tears. like i said a few days ago, event our tears are fire of resiliencho ae and hope. we will rise and we will thrive after this tragedy and wele bac will bring our people back. and the most important message that people needk, most to knowt there is that we will defeat hamas and eradicate their evil.r they will no longer exist on our southern border for humabenefit of notsouthernr th , but of humanity. >> no doubt about it. to horizonte. o . thank yo >> thank you. america stands with you. thank you so much. israel has a list of hostages that hamas says they will release tomorrow. we do not know who's on that list. hamas is holdinglist. over 200 hostages, including ten americans, including abigail. we told you her story. amerpresident biden wasn't able to tell us if or when they might be releasedbio. t knw >> we don't know what the list of all the hostages are andknow when they'll be released. but we know the numbers. they're going to be released nua soon as my hope and expectation will be soon. families with missing moms, dads, children, brothers, sisters and grandparentss, are living in a nightmare, anxiously waitin and g to see if their family will be released next. like the family will bey of tenh old cofer, who we just told you about, who was kidnapped his with his four-year-old brother erielle, and their parents, too. >>rother and the family of my n. guest, omar lubitz, on good note, a mom and her three kids were kidnapped. their fatherthre and siblings killed. omar lubitz, gracenote is thehe founder of the hostages and missing families forum in new yorhok. omar, thank you very much for taking the time to join me. uch fori thank you for having m. >> your family that's in captivity. igh: youmily ini want to ask yo. so chen is the mother.them .and then you have a gone girl in tall, 17, 11 and nine years old. tell me about them. what are ears they like? >> indeed. indeed. on october 7th, my cousin thike? became a hostage, a widow and a bereaved mother. on the same daa widow,y she wasn hostage with her three children. beautifukel, happy, spirit, loving, educated children and with her. and she was a social worker. child she to herted children and their husband, nadav, and their eldest an was murdered in theirt bear w house. the heart can bear what they've been throughthey and we're eagey waiting to see them back home. i want to underscore what youai. just said. >> in a moment, she became a hostage, a widow, a bereaved mother. and the question becomes, doeseo she? does she even know it? doesw it? she know that two of r family members are lost? >> we don't know. you know, the strategy is it'sdd it's hard, hard to understand. but we are trying to be focused on what we can do. and this is work here in the us working israel. all the families devoted and dedicated to this cause because our family, we know what terror far is. exactly 20 years ago before the october seven attack. our family suffered another terror attack when there was atc a terror attack on a restaurant en haifa and other cousins of ours, five family members sam were murdered on the same day, three days before it happened. we know the price. we know the consequences. wee and we are working very hard to bring them back home. hard only aboutt abou our family. it's about all the families that aret thlies tha dear to om. you know, when you hear something like the israeli government has a list, we know w 13 free today, 13 hopefully tomorrow, what do you do? do you just look at your phone and hope it lights up with a goll from the government and with the knowledge that your family is amonhe knoge to be released. >> what is that waiting game like you do? you wait. i think the whole nation is waiting with us. and i thin. the wholk that, like charles said before me, when when we deal with hamas,n't know you can't know until you see them with your own eye s. . and even the list today was the surprising lis. we >> like we heard the story of hanukkah, israel, which were thought she was dead was like ur stories. you have to understand, families were separated again. they were kidnapped on october 7th and they were separate kiddr now, fathers left behind. i am a father to a two and yea a half years old, and the fighters are not even in the list. the children were taken from them and got back to israee l. d to h thanks god. we're thrilled to have them. it's a happy day. its that we needed, it gave us hope and strength. >> but i wan and strt to mentiot that most of the families that were released today familil have loved ones that are still inside. haim perry, he is 79 years old. abraham under 78.78 gadi moses is 79. sharon kunio aloni she have two beautiful twins, ammar and yuli. >> there are only three years old, the age of my son. >> i can't imagine the pain and we will not rest until we will see all of them back home t because it's only the first step of the deal. p ofwe want to see it's getting complete in the next few days and then we want to have them deals because we need to bring them home. >> yes, omer, i have a four year old. i have a one year old and my family prays for yours. ar-oldthank you so much, omer. >> thank you.so muc pro-palestinh,e protesters tries to ruin an iconicried t american tradition here in new york, macy's thanksgiving day parade. look at that . pouring fake blood on themselves, gluing their bodie s to the streets, blocking the floats along the parade route e, liberating palestine and planning for liberation for palestine. and there's an ongoing. and our planet is dying. and you're our fighting. we want a free palestinee palest and the planet in this regard. >> i know how. >> oh, my gosh. and look at what they did to grimace. poor guy.d he just wants to get across town and look what they diace!d to him. hijacking parade routes is not how you win the hearts in the minds of the american people in the globe. but i don't think that's reallec yly the their point, do you?
