>> trey: yeah, guys, good morning. u.s. president joe biden arrived at the airport outside of tel aviv, israel second largest city and greeted by israeli prime minister netanyahu and israeli president herzog. this was not just hello and handshake, rather beginning of a very important planning meeting temperature is a challenging time for president biden to visit following that explosion at the al-ahli hospital in gaza city. take you through the play by play of what we understand took place. there is misinformation amid the war here. initially hamas reached out to fox news and others to say this was israeli airstrike. we reached out to israelis for comment and they were investigating what took place. they got back to us indicating their understanding is an islam being jihad rocket was targeting israel and it went up in the air and misfired to this hospital killing those that were there and shelters. hamas still says it is israeli strike. we got more information from israelis that intercepted a call between two operatives inside gaza and they are discussing a misfire inside gaza that took place at the same time as this hospital tragedy. this complicates meetings for president biden who was scheduled to meet with president mahmoud abbas. mahmoud abbas cancelled that meeting and egypt have shut off americans and israelis against talks about humanitarian aid following this disaster at the hospital. we continue to investigate. >> ainsley: it is hard to report the truth, you have the other side, evidence this was not israel, israel did not cause this blast at the hospital. evidence is it is islamic jihad. >> the video with voice notes about what he was seeing. i said, do you see a crater or evidence this was an israeli st strike. we make a conclusion based on facts we were able to obtain. this was a rocket fired from inside gaza that fell short landing on civilians. >> todd: trey, people can believe one thing, but the leaders, king abdullah and al- sisse, if you know the truth and we know the truth, they know the truth. why wouldn't they put meetings with the president back online? why is it in their best interest to give us the cold shoulder? >> trey: politicings. amidsuch a tragic war taking place and loss of life, leaders in middle east want to play politics with the truth and part of our job to hold them accountable when unwilling to look at the evidence. we dig into each leader, parse through why they are making statements. take palestinian president mahmoud abbas, he is not very popular in the west bank and because he has a relationship with the americans, security relationship with the israelis and hard-line palestinians see him as a traitor. this is politically unpopular to point to israeli evidence, even if it is clear as day. that is one reason you may see leaders in the >> aishah: arab world pushing back. we have to continue to gather information, parse through ourselves and look at what is aftermag of the explosion that took place at the hospital. >> brian: even though we give him millions of dollars. >> steve: he's on the move, heading to next assignment. lawrence, what is coming up? >> lawrence: jacqui heinrich live at the white house with more on the president's comment saying it looks like terrorists were responsible for the hospital attack. jacqui, hes he would have national security advisor investigate this, looks like he's reached a conclusion based on evidence released, right? >> jacqui: the u.s. was going to review intelligence it received. the initial statements by the white house did not assign blame. that comment from the president was first time we heard any analysis as to who the u.s. is blaming for this and the president saying based on everything he's seen, he's backing up israel's claim it was not them. it originated in gaza. the israelis have said it was islamic jihad, as trey detailed. moreover issue the president's aim is to shore up a war plan with israel to get a clear picture of strat knowledgy as they take their next step to stomp out hamas. we're signalling to other actors with the president's presence there not to stock this fight or you might face u.s. response. the test that biden and the u.s. will face to maintain resolve standing behind israel. >> president biden: i want you to know, you are not alone. i emphasized earlier, we will continue to have israel's back. we will work to prevent more tragedy to innocent civilians. >> jacqui: prime minister netanyahu speaking to reality we're seeing play out when it comes to civilian casualties. listen. >> civilians are harmed, hamas is responsible and should be held accountable for the civilian casualties. we saw the cost yesterday when a rocket fired by palestinian terrorists misfired and landed on a palestinian hospital. the entire world was outrage, it should not be directed at israel, but the terrorists. >> jacqui: biden's other meetings were cancelled after the hospital bombing. we are told biden will hold phone calls to ensure safe pass onlying for civilians out of gaza. when he gets back to washington, fight he will be meeting on the ground is effort in congress to secure aid for israel, which is important to determining trajectory of this war and how long it lasts to achief their objective, guys. >> jacqui: we don't have a clear idea of the president's schedule over the next couple days. this trip came together quickly and is changing while he was on air force one. any president has not had a meeting that is foreign cancelled on the way to it. it is fluid. officials have been clear about objectives over next few days and weeks and we'll be hearing this morning from the treasury department about sanctions against hamas and i expect that to be first point we hear when they return. >> ainsley: thank you, jacqui. bring in spokesperson for benjamin netanyahu. good morning. we are talking about this hospital explosion and have evidence there was no crater, usualingly when israel strikes it leaves a hole in the ground. instead there was a fire, showing it was misfire from gaza. there is other evidence, the idf posted a phone call between two hamas members in arabic and they admitted, we did this, it was our fault. listen to this. [phone conversation in arabic. ] >> ainsley: it looks like it was the palestinians that did this, they are saying and admitting that. why is the narrative floating around it was israel's fault? >> jacqui: thank you and thank fox news for airing important voices we heard. lies have been spread part of hamas's own propaganda. it is significant president biden sat with prime minister netanyahu and in his voice spoke to the whole world and said no, it is not israel pence that strike on that hospital in gaza. that was islamic jihad and the president said so based on data evidence we have showed him and we put out videos quickly after this happened proving that in fact it was part of a barrage of missiles by jihad. one fell short in the parking lot of that hospital. there is also footage. in the camera of the kibbutz, you can see how the missile fell. this is a tragedy of the war, but this tragedy is on the shoulders of hamas. let me tell you this. the writing was on the wall. since the outbreak of this are wa, 450 missiles fired by terrorist organizations fell short in the gaza strip. >> steve: lawrence. >> lawrence: madam, you know, for those of us that are honest brokers, we can take the evidence and assess it and see what happened here. you have the entire arab world that believes stuff that hamas is saying. when is the prime minister and what do you say to those who hamas and the jihadist? >> that's a great question. anything that comes, any information, any footage, any numbers that come out of the hamas-controlled gaza strip should be taken with a huge grain of salt. this is like taking an account out of north korea, would you trust numbers or footage out of north korea? no. we do investigate and conduct inquiries and know how to do what we do and put out verified information. when i speak numbers and debrief foreign media, i know, and idf know the numbers are real, that footage is real. you can't take hamas word for anything. have you not seen what they have done on the october 7 massacre. how can you take the word from anything coming out of these terrorists who brutally murdered 1400 civilians. you have to understand that everyone in gaza is under hamas control right now. even if you speak to a doctor, a citizen, the gaza health ministry, which is the hamas health ministry, take the reports with a grain of salt. they can't speak their mind and say what they want. they have to be aligned with the general hamas message or pay the consequences. >> brian: with the president there, you cannot put a ground invasion, wouldn't make sense. what percentage of your intelligence reveals hezbollah will hit from the north when you go into gaza in the south? >> well, i cannot speak of any operational military strategy moving ahead, what i can say regarding hezbollah and northern border, we will do everything to protect it and president biden also said to other adversaries across the region, don't. don't try us, don't try israel. it speaks volumes the president arrived in middle of the war to send the message to hamas in south of israel and to our enemies outside the country, if iran or hezbollah. they shouldn't try us. >> steve: you are getting criticism in addition to images of the hospital and we've seen the evidence, we believe your story. the other criticism you are getting regarding people down at the rafah crossing, some people trying to get into egypt and egypt trying to get humanitarian aid into israel -- rather into gaza, you won't open the gate. will that be addressed before the ground war? because something has to give. >> well, the border between the rafah border crossing is border between the gaza strip and egypt. israel is not in control over there. so what i can tell you is that just a few days ago there was coordinated attempt by players to make sure this border crossing will be able to open so that foreign nationals were being held in gaza will be able to leave. what hamas did is that they blocked the exit, they did not let foreign nationals out, which is crazy. israel, we do not want civilian casualties and seek to minimize casualties and hamas want to maximize casualtieses of israelis and palestinians. >> ainsley: y'all are in our prayers and have our full support. god bless you. lawrence. >> lawrence: it is incredible, let's bring in the rabbi. thank you for joining the program. you releeszed this letter calling for unity. you're asking the presidents to stand with you. what has been the response? we are here holding your hand and we support you. you can lean on us and that feeling, that connection inspired me and is galvanizing our country to support this statement and support israel against hamas. >> lawrence: we are with you and that is why we are doing the show live. brian, over to you. >> brian: straight ahead president biden meeting with israeli war cabinet this hour after counterparts cancelled summit with the president. mike pompeo on the snub, what he would have done and president biden's world stage presence, that story is next. somedays, i cover up because of my moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. now i feel free to bare my skin, thanks to skyrizi. ♪(uplifting music)♪ ♪nothing is everything♪ i'm celebrating my clearer skin... my way. with skyrizi, 3 out of 4 people achieved 90% clearer skin at 4 months. in another study, most people had 90% clearer skin, even at 5 years. and skyrizi is just 4 doses a year, after 2 starter doses. serious allergic reactions and an increased risk of infections or a lower ability to fight them may occur. tell your doctor if you have an infection or symptoms, had a vaccine, or plan to. thanks to clearer skin with skyrizi - this is my moment. there's nothing on my skin and that means everything! ♪nothing is everything♪ now's the time. ask your doctor about skyrizi, the #1 dermatologist-prescribed biologic in psoriasis. learn how abbvie could help you save. you're probably not easily persuaded to switch mobile providers for your business. but what if we told you it's possible that comcast business mobile can save you up to 75% a year on your wireless bill versus the big three carriers?
