a massive manhunt comes to an end in belgium after brussels police shoot and kill the suspected terrorist overnight. >> ainsley: police say the suspect opened fire just before a soccer match killing two swedish nationals and wounding a taxi driver. he later identified himself as a member of the islamic state in an online video prompting belgium leaders to raise the terror alert to its highest level ever. >> steve: we didn't see that coming. meanwhile the public is being asked to stay vigilant but prosecutors say nothing suggests the attack was linked to the war between israel and hamas. apparently just a coincidence. >> ainsley: and to another alert this morning, president biden will head to israel tomorrow as the jewish state strikes hamas targets and the terror group continues to fire rockets. >> brian: here we go. president biden will then continue on to jordan to meet with the country's king the president of the palestinian authority. >> steve: all this as the war in israel reaches a new level with hamas releasing a hostage video of that woman right there. in the past two hours, that woman's family spoke out saying they can see she is terrified. and the mother says i can tell that they are telling her what to say. >> lawrence: wow. while the war wages in the holy land here at home, we can finally see a house speaker elected today in washington with the house planning to vote at noon. >> ainsley: we are watching both big stories today and right now we go to trey yingst in southern israel. >> guys, good morning. right now we are in at a military base in southern israel. you might be able to hear that israeli drone overhead. if you hear music behind me that is because there is a wedding taking place. updates about the situation on the ground. first i want to tell you about this wedding. two soldiers who met on this very base seven years ago had a wedding scheduled for today. well, following that massacre last weekend, their country is at war. it's day 11 of the war and they just got married. it was a beautiful celebration here and they talked to fox about how love will prevail. i think that's an important message as this conflict continues and so much blood shed is happening in the middle east. as for the updates on the ground. hamas and islamic jihad continue to fire rockets into southern and central israel today. sirens sounding across this country sending millions to bomb shelters. the anticipation is certainly hhigh amid the questions about when this ground operation into the gaza strip will take place. but new reporting overnight indicates that the israelis are concerned when they enter gaza, almost immediately the lebanese militant group hezbollah could start a massive attack on northern israel. already today, 17 mortars were fired into northern israel. two anti-tank guided missiles targeting positions and injuring soldiers and civil vans in the northern part of this country and getting more information at this hour as you noted about the hostages inside the gaza strip. the mother of one speaking out overnight after a video, proof of life was released by hamas inside gaza. i want you to take a listen to this mother speaking about her daughter, mya. >> yesterday, they stole my baby on television. i saw she is alive. i see she operation. she looks very terrified and begging the world to bring my baby back home. >> there are so many hostages inside gaza. they are trying to get a grasp on just how many. the official number right now from the israeli military is 199. but hamas says they have up to 250 hostages. many people still unaccounted for. guys, back to you. >> steve: hey, trey, as you mentioned you can hear the drone above you there, i saw that apparently in the last couple of hours the idf used a drone to kill four suspects trying to plant a bomb and blow up a portion of the lebanon border fence. that's the first time i had heard about somebody trying to do that. i have seen the video. startinged four militants along the northern border with lebanon killing all four of them. they were trying to plant explosive according to the military on the fence between israel and lebanon. all of these attacks and attempts give you a sense that hezbollah is testing the waters here. this morning top iranian officials in tehran basically said they are not going to stand by idly if israel invades the gaza strip because, remember, hamas is one of the largest iranian proxy ins in the region. iran is at risk of losing one of their major proxies that they can use to pressure israel. so they have drawn a red line. a line in the sand saying if israel moves forward they are going to launch a larger assault from the north. what they're doing now is testing the waters. they want to see what the israeli response is going to be. a the loft targeting has been against israeli surveillance and in the border just between israel and lebanon, they want to get a sense of what they can do ahead of a possible larger offensive in the north, guys? >> ainsley: trey, thank you so much. that hostage video, lawrence, brian, steve, if y'all have seen that, it looks like a gash on her arm and then her arm is wrapped in another frame wrapped in just some sort of bandages. >> steve: being tended to. >> ainsley: went to the hospital. they are taking good care of her she says. i only ask that you get me out of here as soon as possible to my parents, to my siblings i really want to come home. her name is mya shim. 21 years old. she was kidnapped from that newscast festival. she does have the cut on her arm. says they are taking care of her. can you tell if you see some of the immantel, in her eyes and as a parent you would know more and obviously her mom is saying that they are telling her what to say. >> steve: it's a classic hostage video. >> ainsley: exactly it's hamas. will. >> lawrence: it's interesting. they released a statement yesterday. i can't wait to get trey to weigh in on this. where they said that the american hostages aren't really hostages. when conditions allow, they plan on releasing the non-israeli hostages they want this video 'paraded all over the place. one part of the war is the media campaign. >> brian: better back off. want to see humanitarian program. we don't know if that's why the president had to agree to. there is a report out today the president was not going to come unless they came up with the humanitarian aid program after seven and a half hours of meeting. then the president says okay, they come up with plan, and the president now will be there, leaving on wednesday. to the region. so we'll see how that goes. >> ainsley: and the governor of new york is traveling to israel today, kathy hochul. we have a big jewish community here in new york so she is going to show support. more hamas atrocities laid bear in video showing brutal killing spree of nant israeli community. >> steve: we saw a little of this yesterday. it is a scene our next guest has seen firsthand as an american serving in the idf stationed near the gaza border in one of the communities massacred by hamas terrorists. >> brian: idf reservist ben hardin joins us now. you must be horrified by the group of fact there are many out here many protest on college campuses don't believe this happened. they say israel makes things up. what do you say to people like that? >> i just have to say, you know, you can't tell somebody who has seen it firsthand that they're wrong. we have seen it my hundreds of guys that i'm serving with here, walked around the community, one of the hardest hit communities on saturday, october 7th. we're seeing it with our eyes. we have no reason to lie about this. we don't want to be here. you know, we all have our families and our friends and our jobs at home. i have my dog at home. and we want to live our life in peace. but, if we don't come and do this, then what happened on october 7th, the brutal massacre, the families, the children, the elderly, it will continue to happen. so i mean we -- what do i have to say to them? open your eyes. look at what's happening. look at the things going around. this is not -- nobody is making this up. nobody would wish ever to make up something like this. i would never wish these sites and the experiences on anybody. even upon my enemies, these kind of sites that we have seen. >> steve: hey, ben, will you tell us your story? >> yeah. i'm an american. i'm originally from los angeles, california. i moved here six years ago. i finished my degree here as well. you know, i actually just got back from a trip to america, visiting my family. i landed back in israel the wednesday before the attack. and i was with my host family, celebrating the final holiday and i woke up in the morning to the terrible news of what started to happen. i opened my phone, and that's when i saw the jeeps and pickup trucks driving around sderot with hamas terrorists back in the truck brand issuing rpgs and ak-47s. it's a site i never in a million years would have imagined would be happening in the streets of israel. the closest thing we saw to that were isis, the videos of isis years ago. so i saw that. didn't even wait for the call for my reserve unit. i got in my car and immediately drove down to pack my back and get to base. and within 48 hours, we were already stationed here on the front lines walking around. and when we first got to if a raza, we saw, you know, just dozens of body bags being loaded on to massive 18 wheeler pickup trucks. a site that was just brutal. >> ainsley: you responded to a kibbutz and you saw massacre with your own eyes. what did you see? >> so you see cars, they were trying to leave. they were shot from behind with rpg grenade launchers, and then the car drove off the side of the road and crashed into a tree. you see homes front doors the home blasted open. homes completely burned and you see also -- a lot of what you sees a well is the people, the residents of the community who jumped and rose to the call of action at the moment. rather than hiding and going into the bomb shelters with the rest of their families, they went out and tried to fight and tried to protect their community how they tried to protect but they were just completely overrun by the numbers of hamas terrorists. just in that one community barazza, over 140 bodies were recovered. get a picture of the scene of the massive amounts. over 100 terrorists rampaging small community. each one had the same story and also once you walked through the homes, you see dead animals dead animals and puddles of blood in children's beds and infant beds. large knives that people held them with. god forbid the terrorists would get into the shelters, that would be their last line of defense. my heart dropped at every single thing i saw. very tough. >> lawrence: ben, real quickly, i know you were one of the first to arrive to the scene because you didn't wait for the call. did you happen or your unit happen to come in contact with some of the stragglers in the hamas terrorist group? >> so, within the community itself, no, however, with the border didn't really exist once i got there. so many infiltrations that had taken place on october 7th and the days following so my unit did have some interaction with hamas terrorists that did try to infiltrate after that were hanging around the area hiding and waiting for a moment to attack. my unit did have some encounters with these terrorists and we eliminated those threats to make sure that nobody else could terrorize. >> brian: ben, thanks so much. i want you to stay safe and we will check in with you again as we are all following this and as we see you are splitting the screen right now it looks like more airstrikes in israel. say there are roughly 6,000 already. make it 6,001 as we see some explosion shaping the battlefield and thanks so much. the other thing is you have got to wonder are they going >> i would say hamas as an entity is just like isis. and are using palestinians as cannon fodder, and they are using the palestinian people, babies, children, women, to advance their agenda, which is just as nihilistic as that of isis which is they hate jews, they hate israel, and willing to martyr or sacrifice their own people to annihilate the state of israel. >> brian: so they did a poll in 2021. 53% of the palestinians say they believe hamas is most deserving of representative palestinian people. only 14% thought fattah with abbas. they prefer that secular part of them. so, one would think as an outsider, that these are the representatives that they want. >> i think it is very difficult to a society governed by entity like hamas. can you imagine if you are living in the gaza and you say something other than that and what the consequences would be? i have talked to a number of palestinian people over the years. and what i find is they do not represent all palestinians. but, this is much more important. hamas see palestinians not as human beings, but as pawns. as tools to use in their nihilistic desire to annihilate israel and all jews. >> brian: so, right now with an invasion seems to have i thought it was going to happen last week. looks like a few more days maybe after the president leaves. do you understand why the jewish people or israeli people feel as though they have no choice but to go in hard and wipe them out? >> absolutely, i understand that. i think this should have happened earlier every time the israeli government goes half way. the problem of hamas it just grows. and it consumes more people and more people on both end up getting killed. so i completely support right now the program of israel to definitively, definitively deal with hamas and get them out of gaza. not only for the sake of israel but also for the sake of palestinians. >> brian: what could you expect of the neighbors. egyptians reluctant to take anybody in. saudi arabia gave ourselves the cold shoulder. they say we have been ignoring the region. and the president is now going to go himself. do you understand some people say well, israel, you will make things worse if you go in because it will be a humanitarian crisis. what is the -- what is the answer in your view? >> i think the other governments are terrified of taking people in from gaza because they know hamas members are hiding amongst them. they know they are going to regroup on their own soil. hamas has been the government of egypt for some time now. and egypt has been having skirmishes with them over the sinai. i think that the arab governments they used to support the ideal of destruction of jews. they created a monster. that monster is hamas. it is radical islam. that monster has come for them a number of times p.e. are very, very reluctant to take in people from gaza and hamas for capacity reasons, which are practical, that can always be resolved but for their own security. they are walking a very tight rope. they are taking. >> brian: ayaan real quick, one country celebrating loving every second of it is iran. so what does that tell you? >> i think iran is feeling quite emboldened and they are feeling that way because of the way we have treated iran from way back during the obama administration. we pretended that we could talk them out of their -- and i'm talking about the iranian government. not the iranian people. the iranian people are against their government. but the iranian islamist regime, i mean, they tricked us into believing the obama administration and later the biden administration that they were willing to talk. they are not willing to talk. they are the same people who took over control of iran in 1979. they anihilist, they want to eradicate the state of israel. they are developing a nuclear weapon. and there is no talking them out of that. >> brian: one party keeps trying to win them over and another keep them in a box. the one in power right now is triesing to win them over. it's time for them to quit it. >> at the moment is a real confrontation with iran and it's going to happen any minute. >> brian: it could and also wipe out two surrogates, too, with aiding israel to take out hamas and hezbollah once and for all. thanks so much. all right. >> thanks, brian. >> brian: you got it. meanwhile go over to carley shimkus. >> carley: what a great guest that was so smart and interesting background as well. look at your screen right there, georgia police searching for those four inmates who escaped from a detention center in macon yesterday. one of those men was being held for murder. the four breaking out of a window and cutting through a fence before being picked up by a driver. in a blue dodge challenger. police are now asking the public for help locate guilty the escapees. and happening today, a group of chicago officials are heading to the southern border to get a better understanding of the migrant crisis. they are expected to make stops in hard-hit towns in texas like el paso, mcallen, brownsville, chicago mayor brandon johnson staying behind though to address the shelter crisis as thousands of new arrivals sleep on the floor of police stations as well as airports. those your headlines, brian, back over to you. >> brian: remind me, i would like to close the border when we're done with the show. >> carley: maybe a little border security would help. >> brian: a huge smoke cloud over gaza city. take a live look now after a major explosion. there you see it. wow. and still ahead, 10 family members, including a 3-year-old who are all descendents from the holocaust are being held hostage by hamas terrorist. a relative speaks out, coming up. ♪ a treatment for your chronic migraine - 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting 4 hours or more - can be overwhelming. so, ask your doctor about botox®. botox® prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine before they even start. it's the #1 prescribed branded chronic migraine treatment. so far, more than 5 million botox® treatments have been given to over eight hundred and fifty thousand chronic migraine patients. effects of botox® may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. alert your doctor right away, as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition. side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache. don't receive botox® if there's a skin infection. tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects. in a survey, 92% of current users said they wish they'd talked to their doctor and started botox® sooner. so, ask your doctor if botox® is right for you. learn how abbvie could help you save on botox®.
