administration makes a stunning turn on border policy. we get new video of hundreds of migrants rushing the border overnight. homeland security secretary alejandro mayorkas is expected to waiver 200 laws for a border wall in texas to stem the historic flow of migrants. hello, everyone, this is "outnumbered." i'm emily compagno here with my co-host harris faulkner and kayleigh mcenany. joining us fox news contributor and physician dr. nicole saphier and 32nd undersecretary of the army, former congressman and iraq veteran patrick murphy. video shows hundreds of migrants charging the border in a full run shouting, yes, it can be done. [cheering] >> emily: that is just one incident of migrants flooding the border. 260,000 have been encountered last month alone, the highest monthly total ever recorded. perhaps this is why the administration is changing its tune on the border crisis, which they refuse to cite as such. mayorkas saying there is an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and road in the vicinity of the border of the united states to prevent unlawful entry into the united states. that is interesting considering president trump was hammered for demanding a wall. >> we need the wall and it has to be built fast. the number of illegal immigrants crossing our border is so large that we've nowhere to hold them. >> emily: president biden vowed he'd never build one. >> there will not be another foot of wall constructed in my administration. >> emily: congressman, a massive u-turn. >> patrick: massive u-turn, much needed one. primary and sacred duty of our government is to keep our family safe at home. this is national security issue, humanitarian crisis here and in new york and elsewhere. it is about time and i think we're all thrilled they are getting the message. >> emily: talk about that, kayleigh, we have sound of just exactly what the chicago residents, how they feel about the border crisis that has affected all 50 states. watch. >> you cannot keep bringing immigrants in. the city does not have the money. you cannot track them. you want to spare them all over the city. it is unsanitary and not safe and just not right. those are just some of the voices, it is dereliction of duty and everyone is upset with how biden is handling it to the tune of 62%. >> kayleigh: the hypocrisy is oozing from the day one promise of biden building a massive wall that spans the entire border is not a serious solution. you can always go to karine jean-pierre for sound bites, she was asked about a border wall. she said, we can't have a border wall because of heavy wind. it would waste taxpayer money on ineffective wall that can't withstand the wall. someone asked her, did the wind change, why can we have a border wall now? someone needs to ask the media, when trump tried this, bloomberg, this is not a border wall, this is white supremacy, "new york times" called it trump's wall of shame and nbc called it trump's border wall never about security, meant to remind latinos they are unwelcome. headlines like that, where are they? can't wait to hear karine jean-pierre at 1:00. >> emily: border patrol getting killed in record numbers, committing suicide in record numbers, people having to take out loans for school supplies. the horror they have been experiencing for so long, this administration refuse to cite it a crisis and we get this at the 11th hour. i am grateful, but i'm so angry that for so many years everyone was ignored. >> harris: that is why this is not enough. this is politics, he's flexing. he had 9 million in debt relief for school loans and this is another flex. it is corrosive right now for him to turn a blind eye, they are willing to do something he said he would never do. he ran on being the opposite of front and flipped the switch on policies, particularly within the lane of biden's border crisis. it started to get worse almost the day he got into office. to now do this without acknowledging, i need a fireside chat. you need to tell the people in this country that we are your first priority and to thank border agents and their families. the entire family serves. when that man or woman goes out for 30 and 48 hour shifts at a time, you don't think they are missed? oh, they're missed. he owes them gratitude and apology for it having taken so long and he owes money to states like texas and those have who broken bank accounts and backs to make it work for 7 million coming across the border on his watch. he owes a lot and i don't think if you could get that back without acknowledging it first. you have never changed your tune. you and representative henry cuellar have been there and you are not from a border state. >> patrick: democratic leaders are stepping up, pritzker, governor of illinois and even in new york, 100,000 migrants in the city of new york. we need to come together as americans to solve this national security issue. by the way, china is exploiting this and sending fentanyl, precursor drug for fentanyl which has killed 100,000 americans last year. >> harris: you know we know. >> emily: doctor, talk about priorities, the sentiment of american people is how forgotten they are, not just law enforcement, everyday citizens see stuff like this. here is list of things given to undocumented immigrants from state and local government. housing, cash assistance, healthcare, food, legal support. i have seen lines of people, americans waiting for those things to be given to them and that is handed along with i-phones. >> dr. saphier: we heard sound bites where you have american citizens that say they are feeling at the bottom of the barrel and resources are prioritized to illegal immigrants coming through. the united states is human facilitator and we still the response is disjointed. you have blinken, mayorkas down to talk about china and the migrant situation and you have mayor adams going to mexico himself separately, like clowns getting out of a clown car. they are not working together here. to bring to a basic level, they roll back trump era policies and since then 6 million migrants crossed the border, six times the population of rhode island. call it a barrier, not a wall. we have to do something and it is unfortunate it has taken democrats calling to the white house saying our seats are up for grab in the legislation for something to be done. >> harris: 6 million does not count the 1.6 gotaways. >> kayleigh: and kids are still missing, it is biden's america. coming up, biggest u.s. airline, united, american, delta and southwest in desperate search for thousands of jet engine parts sold with fake safety certificates and installed on their planes. the first time you connected your godaddy website and your store was also the first time you realized... well, we can do anything. cheesecake cookies? shocking new report revealing largest u.s. airlines including american, southwest and united are frantically searching for jet engine parts made with fake safety certificate. faulty parts were installed in 126 planes, leaving airlines to pull them from service. delta just became the latest to identify the fake parts and say some planes did fly with the fake parts. engine makers claim a small broker is responsible for the defective parts rangel from simple nuts and bolts to turbine blades, considered work horse of the aviation industry. the faa says their investigation into the safety records is ongoing. why am i not getting this information from pete buttigieg, transportation secretary? why is it harris faulkner's voice? >> patrick: i think you will hear him speak out, he has been proactive, i put an e-mail out to his testimony. >> harris: are you serious? >> patrick: yeah. he is responsible. i jump out of airplanes as a p para trooper, airlines don't tell the story of all those takes off and landing safely. if they go down, that is news. there is blood on -- >> harris: and on the faa. >> harris: what did you say to the secretary in your letter? >> patrick: it was an e-mail, i said i'm on "outnumbered" with harris, she will be asking me these questions. >> harris: you didn't say that. >> patrick: no joke, i did. people listen to their teammates and they will listen to you. we better get on top of this, this is not a good story. again, it is not the government doing it, it is the government responsible to keep our families safe and make sure airplanes are safe. >> harris: thanks for the shout out to secretary pete buttigieg. >> emily: this is frightening and most frightening part is that the entire aerospace supply chain can be affected in such a huge way by one company, this is aog, name them, responsible for falsifying security certificates. even more horrifying in time for halloween, most affected engine and the most prolific engine and been responsible for largest amount of production and supply or whatever to the united states since 1982. what we are looking at is potential for vast amount of airplanes, doesn't matter the percentage, one plane, one life matter. they were falsified, no record of safety certificate on our end that this european company had all the certificates for. in the interim, while the faa is investigating, i hope so too is the doj and hope they would ground the planes. margin of error and no fault going back, that small delta could be a life and i don't want to risk that. pete buttigieg better get behind a microphone and address this immediately. >> patrick: and the attorney general, this is a criminal matter. >> that is why i said doj. >> patrick: i agree with you. >> harris: why don't they ground some of the planes? it is inconvenient. >> kayleigh: all companies have, they are finding this out and grounding planes. >> harris: are you told that when we go to the airport? that is the world's biggest secret. >> kayleigh: that is the thing, scary part to your point, aog is a middle man and falsifying security tickets and photographs for if i can if i can tishgs staff >> . you have a middle man with a large-scale falseific system, how do we know we have identified all the parts. mayor pete, get a better communication staff and get back to patrick murphy before he comes on with us. >> dr. saphier: i'm flying this afternoon. it looks like it affected everyone. they all had said they did identify parts with engines and grounded them and switched them out and planes are back flying again. biggest thing i have and we are talking about this phantom company that had fake linkedined in and biggest manufacturers for airplanes and other things that affect millions of lives, how did we get to this point when we have the faa, mayor pete, and people who are supposed to be watching this for the safety and international people and this just slipped through them? >> harris: i have a question artificial intelligence, that is part of what we're talking about now, fake accounts and being able to assume you are this and someone thinking it is real. our government is not caught up. it can't effectively fight cyber security, so i want to know or have cyber security, i want to know what they are going to do. >> patrick: we all believe in limited government, our government is supposed to be a referee. >> harris: you can spend money on keeping us alive, that is their job. >> emily: as an attorney, i attended a conference with boeing and nothing was about safety. i was there as like, why are we talking about safety? that is a given. this is far beyond that. i thought about that with this story. the safety is the thing supposed to be the given and everything else, speed and comfort is on top and for the notion of safety to be pierced under pete buttigieg or biden's watch, under this ag's watch. >> dr. saphier: and under boeing's watch, they bought the parts and didn't check the safety. >> harris: stunning twist in menendez bribery case, took bribe of new mercedes after his wife had killed a man that left her car too banged up to drive. don't go anywhere. this is american infrastructure, a prime target for cyberattacks. but the same ai-powered security that protects all of google also defends these services for everyone who lives here. ♪ are you a veteran, own a home and need money for your family? administration makes a stunning turn on border policy. we get new video of hundreds of migrants rushing the border overnight. homeland security secretary alejandro mayorkas is expected to waiver 200 laws for a border wall in texas to stem the historic flow of migrants. hello, everyone, this is "outnumbered." i'm emily compagno here with my co-host harris faulkner and kayleigh mcenany. joining us fox news contributor and physician dr. nicole saphier and 32nd undersecretary of the army, former congressman and iraq veteran patrick murphy. video shows hundreds of migrants charging the border in a full run shouting, yes, it can be done. [cheering] >> emily: that is just one incident of migrants flooding the border. 260,000 have been encountered last month alone, the highest monthly total ever recorded. perhaps this is why the administration is changing its tune on the border crisis, which they refuse to cite as such. mayorkas saying there is an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and road in the vicinity of the border of the united states to prevent unlawful entry into the united states. that is interesting considering president trump was hammered for demanding a wall. >> we need the wall and it has to be built fast. the number of illegal immigrants crossing our border is so large that we've nowhere to hold them. >> emily: president biden vowed he'd never build one. >> there will not be another foot of wall constructed in my administration. >> emily: congressman, a massive u-turn. >> patrick: massive u-turn, much needed one. primary and sacred duty of our government is to keep our family safe at home. this is national security issue, humanitarian crisis here and in new york and elsewhere. it is about time and i think we're all thrilled they are getting the message. >> emily: talk about that, kayleigh, we have sound of just exactly what the chicago residents, how they feel about the border crisis that has affected all 50 states. watch. >> you cannot keep bringing immigrants in. the city does not have the money. you cannot track them. you want to spare them all over the city. it is unsanitary and not safe and just not right. those are just some of the voices, it is dereliction of duty and everyone is upset with how biden is handling it to the tune of 62%. >> kayleigh: the hypocrisy is oozing from the day one promise of biden building a massive wall that spans the entire border is not a serious solution. you can always go to karine jean-pierre for sound bites, she was asked about a border wall. she said, we can't have a border wall because of heavy wind. it would waste taxpayer money on ineffective wall that can't withstand the wall. someone asked her, did the wind change, why can we have a border wall now? someone needs to ask the media, when trump tried this, bloomberg, this is not a border wall, this is white supremacy, "new york times" called it trump's wall of shame and nbc called it trump's border wall never about security, meant to remind latinos they are unwelcome. headlines like that, where are they? can't wait to hear karine jean-pierre at 1:00. >> emily: border patrol getting killed in record numbers, committing suicide in record numbers, people having to take out loans for school supplies. the horror they have been experiencing for so long, this administration refuse to cite it a crisis and we get this at the 11th hour. i am grateful, but i'm so angry that for so many years everyone was ignored. >> harris: that is why this is not enough. this is politics, he's flexing. he had 9 million in debt relief for school loans and this is another flex. it is corrosive right now for him to turn a blind eye, they are willing to do something he said he would never do. he ran on being the opposite of front and flipped the switch on policies, particularly within the lane of biden's border crisis. it started to get worse almost the day he got into office. to now do this without acknowledging, i need a fireside chat. you need to tell the people in this country that we are your first priority and to thank border agents and their families. the entire family serves. when that man or woman goes out for 30 and 48 hour shifts at a time, you don't think they are missed? oh, they're missed. he owes them gratitude and apology for it having taken so long and he owes money to states like texas and those have who broken bank accounts and backs to make it work for 7 million coming across the border on his watch. he owes a lot and i don't think if you could get that back without acknowledging it first. you have never changed your tune. you and representative henry cuellar have been there and you are not from a border state. >> patrick: democratic leaders are stepping up, pritzker, governor of illinois and even in new york, 100,000 migrants in the city of new york. we need to come together as americans to solve this national security issue. by the way, china is exploiting this and sending fentanyl, precursor drug for fentanyl which has killed 100,000 americans last year. >> harris: you know we know. >> emily: doctor, talk about priorities, the sentiment of american people is how forgotten they are, not just law enforcement, everyday citizens see stuff like this. here is list of things given to undocumented immigrants from state and local government. housing, cash assistance, healthcare, food, legal support. i have seen lines of people, americans waiting for those things to be given to them and that is handed along with i-phones. >> dr. saphier: we heard sound bites where you have american citizens that say they are feeling at the bottom of the barrel and resources are prioritized to illegal immigrants coming through. the united states is human facilitator and we still the response is disjointed. you have blinken, mayorkas down to talk about china and the migrant situation and you have mayor adams going to mexico himself separately, like clowns getting out of a clown car. they are not working together here. to bring to a basic level, they roll back trump era policies and since then 6 million migrants crossed the border, six times the population of rhode island. call it a barrier, not a wall. we have to do something and it is unfortunate it has taken democrats calling to the white house saying our seats are up for grab in the legislation for something to be done. >> harris: 6 million does not count the 1.6 gotaways. >> kayleigh: and kids are still missing, it is biden's america. coming up, biggest u.s. airline, united, american, delta and southwest in desperate search for thousands of jet engine parts sold with fake safety certificates and installed on their planes. the first time you connected your godaddy website and your store was also the first time you realized... well, we can do anything. cheesecake cookies? the chookie! manage all your sales from one place with a partner that always puts you first. (we did it) start today at godaddy.com when migraine strikes are the tradeoffs of treating worth it? ubrelvy is another option, it quickly eliminates migraine pain. do not take with strong cyp3a4 inhibitors. allergic reactions to ubrelvy can happen. most common side effects were nausea and sleepiness. ask about ubrelvy. with the freestyle libre 2 system, know your glucose level and where it's headed. no fingersticks needed. manage your diabetes with more confidence. freestyle libre 2. try it for free at freestylelibre.us >> harris: so how safe is the plane you're on? shocking new report revealing largest u.s. airlines including american, southwest and united are frantically searching for jet engine parts made with fake safety certificate. faulty parts were installed in 126 planes, leaving airlines to pull them from service. delta just became the latest to identify the fake parts and say some planes did fly with the fake parts. engine makers claim a small broker is responsible for the defective parts rangel from simple nuts and bolts to turbine blades, considered work horse of the aviation industry. the faa says their investigation into the safety records is ongoing. why am i not getting this information from pete buttigieg, transportation secretary? why is it harris faulkner's voice? >> patrick: i think you will hear him speak out, he has been proactive, i put an e-mail out to his testimony. >> harris: are you serious? >> patrick: yeah. he is responsible. i jump out of airplanes as a p para trooper, airlines don't tell the story of all those takes off and landing safely. if they go down, that is news. there is blood on -- >> harris: and on the faa. >> harris: what did you say to the secretary in your letter? >> patrick: it was an e-mail, i said i'm on "outnumbered" with harris, she will be asking me these questions. >> harris: you didn't say that. >> patrick: no joke, i did. people listen to their teammates and they will listen to you. we better get on top of this, this is not a good story. again, it is not the government doing it, it is the government responsible to keep our families safe and make sure airplanes are safe. >> harris: thanks for the shout out to secretary pete buttigieg. >> emily: this is frightening and most frightening part is that the entire aerospace supply chain can be affected in such a huge way by one company, this is aog, name them, responsible for falsifying security certificates. even more horrifying in time for halloween, most affected engine and the most prolific engine and been responsible for largest amount of production and supply or whatever to the united states since 1982. what we are looking at is potential for vast amount of airplanes, doesn't matter the percentage, one plane, one life matter. they were falsified, no record of safety certificate on our end that this european company had all the certificates for. in the interim, while the faa is investigating, i hope so too is the doj and hope they would ground the planes. margin of error and no fault going back, that small delta could be a life and i don't want to risk that. pete buttigieg better get behind a microphone and address this immediately. >> patrick: and the attorney general, this is a criminal matter. >> that is why i said doj. >> patrick: i agree with you. >> harris: why don't they ground some of the planes? it is inconvenient. >> kayleigh: all companies have, they are finding this out and grounding planes. >> harris: are you told that when we go to the airport? that is the world's biggest secret. >> kayleigh: that is the thing, scary part to your point, aog is a middle man and falsifying security tickets and photographs for if i can if i can tishgs staff >> . you have a middle man with a large-scale falseific system, how do we know we have identified all the parts. mayor pete, get a better communication staff and get back to patrick murphy before he comes on with us. >> dr. saphier: i'm flying this afternoon. it looks like it affected everyone. they all had said they did identify parts with engines and grounded them and switched them out and planes are back flying again. biggest thing i have and we are talking about this phantom company that had fake linkedined in and biggest manufacturers for airplanes and other things that affect millions of lives, how did we get to this point when we have the faa, mayor pete, and people who are supposed to be watching this for the safety and international people and this just slipped through them? >> harris: i have a question artificial intelligence, that is part of what we're talking about now, fake accounts and being able to assume you are this and someone thinking it is real. our government is not caught up. it can't effectively fight cyber security, so i want to know or have cyber security, i want to know what they are going to do. >> patrick: we all believe in limited government, our government is supposed to be a referee. >> harris: you can spend money on keeping us alive, that is their job. >> emily: as an attorney, i attended a conference with boeing and nothing was about safety. i was there as like, why are we talking about safety? that is a given. this is far beyond that. i thought about that with this story. the safety is the thing supposed to be the given and everything else, speed and comfort is on top and for the notion of safety to be pierced under pete buttigieg or biden's watch, under this ag's watch. >> dr. saphier: and under boeing's watch, they bought the parts and didn't check the safety. >> harris: stunning twist in menendez bribery case, took bribe of new mercedes after his wife had killed a man that left her car too banged up to drive. don't go anywhere. this is american infrastructure, a prime target for cyberattacks. but the same ai-powered security that protects all of google also defends these services for everyone who lives here. ♪ are you a veteran, own a home and need money for your family? in 2018. police did question nadine menendez for hitting richard as he crossed the street, killing him almost instantly. no charges were filed, the incident was captured on police cam. >> i didn't do anything wrong. >> i understand. >> it does expedite our investigation when people can help us out. before you go, i want to confirm you do not want to give me your phone, correct? >> yes. >> that is your statement that you were driving this way and guy came from this way and he ran into your vehicle. >> he jumped on my windshield, yes. >> kayleigh: police cut menendez loose after finding she was not at fault. the victim's sister says justice was not served. senator bob menendez orchestrated a deal with the prosecutor, to go easy on him. aribe thanked the senator by buying his wife a new mercedes. the man who died, there is no wrongdoing by nadine menendez. as an attorney, when you go to a scene like that, nadine menendez stayed in her car, did not go check on the victim, no blood and alcohol test on her, maybe they lacked probable cause. the investigating officer, retired officer, came to the scene. retired officer said his buddy's wife who is friends with nadine menendez asked him to go to the scene. interesting. >> emily: certain amount of courtesy can be extended. the red flag to me with my armchair quarterbacking here is the fact an accident not by itself is deemed probable cause for possible intoxication, i understand that. if the officer has reason to believe alcohol may be involved, then they absolutely can administer a field test. it seems to me that was never pursued here. the notion of cell phone being addressed would have indicated, were you distracted driving, can i chk your phone to see if a text went through? i have questions and those questions were not followed up. what makes that difficult, this occurred two weeks before christmas, december 12, man lost his life feet from his home. she said he jumped on his windshield, when she received her mercedes, we are the proud owner of a 2018 mercedes. remorse is a big factor and i do not see that here. >> kayleigh: the investigating rolf assured the officer no plans to criminally charge the woman saying i believe we're good to release her. the family in texts we are putting up, back to the accident. this was a sparse, one-sided investigation according to the sister of the victim. i'm sure she is hurt, that is her opinion as the victim's sister. >> dr. saphier: this gentleman lost his life here, they did not do a field test on menendez's wife, they did go to his family and friends to document he had been drinking alcohol and tested positive for marijuana. they did nothing when it came to her. when you think about driving and anyone who rearends someone else, whether the person stopped in the middle of the road, you are cited for failure to control your speed. this makes me think there is influence there. talking about menendez's bigger indictment and the state senate republican leader anthony bucco have written a letter to state senate president of new jersey because they are deeply concerned the new jersey attorney general is completely compromised. the details say senator menendez went to the ag on several occasions and met in person and phone calls and influenced criminal outcomes with business associates. >> patrick: i think this is a case where people have either money or power, like in this case. they think they are above the law. in our country, we have rule of law, no one is above the law. in democratic party, this is unpopular opinion on the couch, democratic party said senator menendez should resign today. >> kayleigh: remarkably few comments about hunter biden. >> patrick: good contrast -- >> harris: they didn't know about this death. >> patrick: it is a distraction for senator menendez, he should step down just like i say 94 alleged felonies and four indictments is also distraction for the republican party in middle of a presidential race. >> kayleigh: it is argued it is a two-tier justice system, mar-a-lago 18 mill knowion, really, guys? these texts, menendez contacted state prosecutors to go easy on one of his business associates, page 19. rebate provide her with $15,000 in a restaurant parking lot. are you happy? she says i will never forget this. >> harris: i have to bottom line this, the reason we're talking about this today, a man lost his life and we didn't know about this. if you are trying to convince me the democrats had release of that tape with that officer saying, i want to make sure you get home, did you read what is said on the screen? comfortable. how much pressure at the scene to let the woman do, i want to make sure you are cleared of wrongdoing and helps us. read the words, put
