like what can you do? can you talk about power of the purse? what is accountable? >> some of the argument is that this has nothing to do with federal oversight and there's very serious federal implication withs this prosecution. there are very serious questions about the motivations behind this as you know she put up a website just a few days before coming out going after president trump and this investigation started back in two yearsing a and she's waited until president trump is back in the political race and she's requested a trial date near super tuesday next march and so many questions that people have with respect to whether or not this is political but back to that question about what can congress do when we have such federal implications and the state court coming after him and e he leaves office and this is what congressional oversight is about and progresses and it's an end result. pete: fanny willis and jack smith, would that biden necessity be bad and shouldn't sometimes prosecutors compare notes so that you're not double charging or something or could it be the not communicating is bad and what's your take away?
