hunter brings daddy to the winner with clients and drives off in a porsche. it's a birthday dinner but hunter gets the gift. and what father sees his son driving around in a brand new porsche and doesn't ask, how did you pay for it? the bigger gift came later. a russian billionaire also at the birthday dinner with joe wired hunter's company $3.5 million afterwards. and president biden just happened to have left off sanctions list for the ukraine war. guess who also had dinner with joe biden? an executive from burisma, you know the energy company from ukraine that paid hundreds of millions of bucks, under investigation for corruption, a company joe biden said he had nothing to do with. when they were getting investigated by this ukrainian prosecutor, archer says they asked hunter, can dc help? >> well, the legal strategy in this case i think is very simple. you attack the facts that jack smith put out that are wrong for instance, jack smith claiming as you already pointed out that donald trump did anything other than call for peace and patriotism on january 6th is wrong. and then you attack the law. because jack smith has the entire law in this case wrong. and more importantly he is ignoring the constitution of the united states. and here is how, the first amendment gives you the right to speech, something that jack smith's prosecutors are completely ignoring. but more than that, it also gives you the right to petition congress for redress of grievances. and in this case, when you are saying there was fraud in the election, problems in the election and we think you should see ' look toes x, instead of ' lock toes y, that's why the first petition clause clearly protects. and there are any number of other problems with this case but i think most importantly jack smith is terrified that donald trump is going to be elected again because jack smith is actually the one terrified of democracy because democracy would bring accountability for him and quite honestly his out of control prosecutors in an out of control justice department. so, he brought this case in washington d.c. >> jesse: everybody knows that is a joke. he will probably try to take a motion to move venues, when you go to trial, are you putting the to 20 election on trial, what will that look like?
