i read this indictment. he is charged with trying to get employees to delete videos attempted to delete mar-a-lago security footage the mishandling of government records. so these records were not deleted. they have all of the video. over nine months worth of video. so, what they are doing here is a piling on that he said, he said they're trying to get somebody to flip one of these individuals a maintenance man an it person. the little people they are going after. because the truth is the rest of the case is very, very vulnerable. this is vulnerable to in my view. it is a very, very vulnerable. i'm going to get into that in a second period before i do i want you to look at this chart and demonstrate to you that when merrick garland said were going to have a special counsel, the purpose of a special counsel is to have a prosecutor that is outside main justice to bring in fresh faces, fresh blood so you do not have a conflict of interest or an appearance of conflict of interest. it is not to set up your own federal government law firm with unlimited resources, 60 prosecutors and investigators to target a former president of the united states. that is exactly what is taking place. jack smith was sent to the hague because he was a lousy overzealous, mail prosecutor who formally headed the public integrity section of the department of justice. and i want to get into this. who is jack smith? chief of the public integrity section from 2010 until 2015. who did he report to ultimately cost him at eric holder you will see eric holder has a lot to do with a lot of the people who are now involved in hunting down donald trump. he served under attorney general eric holder. he oversaw the irs targeting the tea party during the obama administration. he oversaw he failed ultimately prosecutions of governor mcdonnell, senator menendez, senator edwards. he worked with fbi director james comey is head of the public integrity section. he worked with fbi general counsel wiseman who you are quite familiar with this head of the public integrity section for just telling a man who is independent from the department of justice? does telling a man who is independent from the democrat party? he was chosen on the recommendation of lisa monica of the deputy attorney general who had multiple positions, senior positions in the obama department of justice but also primarily under eric holder. her deputy marshal miller worked with submissive for years in the u.s. attorney's office in brooklyn and recommended smith as the story goes sue who in turn recommended smith to american garlands. out of all of the people he could've chosen in america they go to the hague to bring back smith. because he is a hitman. judge barrow was a judge who oversaw all of these motions that were filed by the trump lawyers and the government. she rolled one 100% against donald trump. one 100% for the government. she has since retired but the damage is done. she worked for former democrats editor on the hill patrick leahy for 10 years. that was her claim to fame. she of course was appointed by obama. let's go through several more of these people. we would gentleman by the name of david is typically the chief litigator fort smith he has known him a long time but former special counsel to fbi director james comey i'm trying to show you the incestuous relationship these people coming out of main justice the u.s. attorney's office, mostly democrats, democrat operatives they've known each other for decades. so have for many of the judges they come out of main justice and so forth and so on. this is why republicans do not have a chance when they are caught up in something involving the department of justice, the u.s. attorney attorney's officee district of columbia. they do not have a chance the grand juries are chosen from a population that voted 5% for trump, 93% provided. and the court i will get to in a minute. lopsided democrat. lopsided obama and biden. more about this fellow he is a real nasty bird he served with jack smith and the public integrity section top official there. he prosecuted bob mcdonnell, jon edwards and bob menendez. he was in a florida court room the other week making outrageous arguments in front of judge cannon who i have had second thoughts on might actually think she's now doing a pretty good job as a read all the transcripts and so forth. she is extra doing a pretty good job let's see how it turns out overall. she is not one of the d.c. judges which i will get to in a second period we have jay brett who is jay brecht? jay brett has been the justicea long time. he got a special award from eric holder several years back he is a chief of counterintelligence customs and all the rest of it. he's a former assistant u.s. attorney in washington d.c. he is directly involved in the mar-a-lago search he argued strongly the search warrant for the fbi raid. he is over the top. he knows very few bounds. he was i the same florida courtroom the other week with harbaugh. these are the people wh smith hs brought in. he is accused of stanley woodward who represents the codefendant of extortion he has accused waving a federal judgeship in front of this attorney was trying to become a federal judge in washington d.c. for favorable testimony from a client against donald trump. the fact that this guy shows up in a federal courtroom in florida without that being resolved is unbelievable to me. that is who he is. another hitman. then we have raymond hustler another guy who comes so what jack smith did as he brought all of his guys back. all of the people who have abused along the path. all the people who have abused and targeted individuals and turn them into defendants in the past to spread them all in to these special independent counsel office. all come out of main justice. most come out of the holder regime when he was there. he hired harbaugh. he was involved in the edwards menendez cases as well. who is julie edelstein? she interned for who? representative thompson. okay, who is married dormant? married dormant clerk for berylw howell. how is she on the case with a conflict of interest like that, doesn't matter. so there she is a prosecutor in the case. timothy jewelry, who is he? he is another hunter. he donated to the 2020 biden campaign. what about that, isn't that a serious issue? you would think it would be, right? there is more fo per this is whi found after many, many hours of investigation the funny thing is judicial watch has sued the department of justice and the special counsel's office because they will not release the names of all of the personnel, can you imagine that? we know the people who work for mueller, why? because smith does not want you to know that he has hired hitman, hatchet men, the department of justice's main justimainjustice from the u.s. s office, people who worked with him in public integrity. people with connections to james comey. almost all of whom served under eric holder. people with connections to oba obama. that is essentially the group of individuals who every day are looking for ways to take out donald trump. i want you to know this. every day are looking for ways to take out the people who work for donald trump and of course are trying to do for the election. except that they are as a matter of facfact they are as an affire matter of fact. they are of the same mindset as the prior group that worked so hard to interfere in the last election which was pointed out by u.s. attorney derman. nothing has changed over there and by the way andrew wiseman became head of the enron task force student who appointed him to part of the enron task force when he was assistant attorney y general for the criminal division? christopher wray the current fbi director who chris christie has about four of course. so this whole thing stinks. now let's look at the judges in washington d.c. shall we? the democrats are working very hard, abiding specially to appoint activists, left wing democrat judges in the district court level trial level judgeships. first we had judge how who has since retired. the day she retired she issued a very controversial decision because jack smith wanted to get the information and notes of donald trump's lawyer involved in the documents case. attorney-client privilege exist to protect her due process rights. if you cannot consult your lawyer that's fine it's a crime fraud exception we have no idea how she ruled. we do not have the order we do not know a thing about what she did. but we do know she ha is role to construct every step of the way and ruled for smith and his predecessor every step of the way. she has since retired she was replaced with the chief judge james belzberg who appointed him? obama. he used to work in the u.s. attorney's office in washington to their signature judge, rudolph contrariness, a bomb appointee. he worked in the u.s. attorney's office in washington d.c. at one point. judge christopher cooper obama judge. he worked in the u.s. department of justice in washington d.c. judge tonya and obama judge was in the d.c. public defender's office that is in washington. judge randolph moss he worked at the u.s. department of justice in washington appointed by obama. judge of mensa worked in the d.c. public defender's office, appointed by obama. judge timothy kelly appointed by trump, kelly worked in the u.s. attorney's office. thorton improperly integrity section of the department of justice that is important. there is this relationship, professional relationship, social relationship i almost don't care who appoints you that exists in the swamp. judge trevor mcfadden was in the u.s. attorney's office at main justice also. trump appointee we have judge friedrich was of the u.s. sentencing commission, main justice under bush appointed by trump. we have judge in nichols i do not know much about judge nichols. then we have shia public defender's office in d.c. appointed by biden. judge ana reyes appointed by biden. you have 10 of the 12 judges and the d.c. circuit court who worked at main justice, eight of the 12 or appoint 12 were appoia or biden. the chief judge was appointed by obama for the prior chief judge was appointed by obama. the grand jury is made up of citizens from the district of columbia. 5% of whom voted for donald trump. since why the grand jury was used in washington d.c. you take out trump. this is why all of the original charges were brought by the grand jury in washington d.c. because where they were supposed to go and where this grand jury was supposed to be working and investigating all of these months was in florida. here's the united states department of justice manual with the u.s. attorney. you look at nine -- 11.121. venue limitations. this is required. venue limitations one sentence that case should not be presented to a grand jury in a district unless venue for the offense lies in the district. the documents cases in florida. all of the work was done washington d.c. these lawyers for donald trump need to file a motion that should not wait for the trail they are to file a motion to dismiss it for prosecutorial misconduct and because they change the venue the basis of the venue shopping i would call it. i'm so all of these charges should be thrown out through the rules of the department of justice are one had a percent clear. and grand jurors are supposed to be chosen from the district in which the activities took place. any charges that would be brought in that was clearly violated by they should immediately bring a motion to dismiss the search warrant i talked about this the other week it's a general warrant. it would end the entire case they should have a franks hearing that securing with the judge on the basis for the warrant to be the information i was in that warrant and whether any exculpatory information was concealed from the court so there should be a motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct involving jay brack was in the judge's courtroom in florida for allegedly extorting one of the defendants the attorney for one of the defendants in the case. that is still under secret review by a judge in the district of columbia. this case belongs in florida, all of it. one other point involving this deal that fell through the department of justice and hunter biden i think a lot of people are missing another fact. this judge in wilmington is not part of the social professional swamp of judges and washington d.c. she is in wilmington, delaware she has no connection to those people. an honest judge with integrity was not biased makes a huge difference in this country. that is what happens. the biden lawyers and the department of justice are used to being rubberstamped the department of justice has been rubberstamped all throughout the trump investigation for that is the judges have upheld virtually every single thing they wanted to do including all of the abuses this judge is not part of that circle. she isn't wilmington by the judge in florida, judge cannon is not part of the circle it's with a trash sure they're trying to influence her. she is not part of the circle. so that is what is important to understand the people say how did they expect to get away with this? because they are used to getting away with it. except when you move outside of washington, don't get me wrong the courts are not perfect. when you move outside of washington you actually have a chance at justice and due process. that is what happened in wilmington. let's hope it continues and that's hopefully what will happen in florida. i will be right back. so much more now? is he the careful, thoughtful individual you investigating somebody like this at a time like this? >> notice starting decision. he is a harvard alarm guy early in his career had a lot of high-profile complicated cases feedback from that did it well. when he got the five years in the public integrity section he took on high-profile cases against people in both the parties, mark. and heat loss of the cases and cases that arguably should never have been brought too. as you note mark, as a lawyer the duty of a government lawyer is very different than any other lawyer. you are supposed to seek suit truth and justice not being to convict. that is where mr. smith may be falling down in his judgment about calling balls and strikes. that is what prosecutors are supposed to do just like judges of the facts and the law do not match up to not bring the case. it seems like he has had a habit of bringing cases in order to win that he should not abroad. >> i listen to you governor and i read these other cases i read the supreme court decision these other juries did, i'm the attorney general i sit there as chief of staff to attorney general and if somebody brought to me, this is the guy that should be special counsel i would've advised the attorney general have they lost their minds? >> i think you hit the nail on the head. the last 30 years israel has undergone a revolution by the most activist judicial court on the planet. and systematically it itself the powers of the legislature and executive were trying to bring it back in line somewhat to what israel was in the first five decades of utmost democracies are today. so we want to obviously create a system of checks and balances. the reasonableness clause says you don't eliminated altogether but you say that it is not enough to decide to nullify government decision or law based on something subjective like an argument i think this is unreasonable. and so there are limitations on this. this is what you have in all democracies. this is presented by our opponents as a being this awful end to democracy. at that's a case you have no democracy anywhere else on earth. and of course you have to remember the court has a lot of other checks they can disqualify apartments by saying there's conflict of interest or undue process, you name it. you do say you cannot disqualify things simply because you find it unreasonable. i think that is long overdue. this comes after we put forward a much more encompassing reform and we sort of trimmed it down in order to try to reach consensus. three months of negotiations got nowhere with the opposition that is held hostage by extreme minority that organizes all these protests and demonstrations. and so i decided to pass a reasonableness clause. but having done that i am still trying to get a consensus because it is better for it democracy judicial changes are done with a broad consensus as you can. that is basically where we are objectively. it's that what you read, so would you hear us out the news media are covering they are just wrong. >> mr. prime minister your opposition parties have organized most of these protests. they have not been secret about although that media seems to ignore it. we are talked about opposition to uconn not to your majority, your coalition per they've not accepted the results of the election. as i see it they're trying to overthrow your government per their trying to get your government to back off it. by the way that is how the former prime minister who is helped organize this effort in many, many others. if all kinds of dark money seeping into your country even from outside your country. you have all kinds of mouthpiece surrogates like thomas freedman and others who are trying to undermine your government and have never supported your government. is this really a way to try and destroy the destroy the coalition you put together with the overwhelming support of the israeli people?
