we are in the cold war with china by all definition it is very different when walk ronald reagan was leading this country we are cold with russia, russia had a small economy they were not very connected. we were able to outperform them with our economy with their strong economy we were able to have strong military. we need to do the same thing now aowand are cold war retried it we've got to get our economy sprinting into scrolling right now and part of the reason it's crawling is this incredible red tape. if seen the red tape as an entrepreneur, is a small business person i've seen it running large global businesses i know definitely seen as the governor for the federal government is always outside of its lane it's always a big putting the states and businesses with regulation. the way america has always one is with innovation. if we drive that forward to get this economy going but china is the number two economy in the world. they're completely there completely interconnectedr about how we manage this. i'll give you one horrible example putin likely does not even invade ukraine if not for having all of western europe dependent on his energy paid them belatedly that by the administration says were going to put sanctions on russian oil that takes russian oil out of our markets. but russia selling oil 20 -- 30% off to who? where to see the line starting and stopping for u.s. aid continuing to flow to ukraine? >> dollars have to have accountability across government does not mother where is his domestic, military or ever the spending is we've got to have more transparency and accountability but that's odetta north dakota. we have cut budgets in north dakota. we have balance the budget. we've got our economy rolling there, we are in tract of the highest gdp in the nation. but we are talk about russia we cannot have a winter putin. we cannot even think about it like a country the way we think about ourselves. it is a series of mob bosses they have a fancy name, oligarchs. what is putin worth $70 billion?
