democrat in the state houseming, they control the governor's mansion. their latest actions may spur a revolt. democratic state senator samuel bel proposed legislation that is i think just totallyhi offensive, not to mentionob probably unconstitutional. his bill would not justna enforj monthly fines on rhode islanders. sixteen years of age and up who are not vaccinated, but it would also call forrs the doubling of their personal income taxeson. now part of bell's defense here is that he says he's received calls from constituents who arec not fully recovered and whoov ae suffering long term about how those with lower income levels here also do have low vaccination rates. so bill wants to punish these people already having a difficult time making them pay more money in taxes they probably
