people had to apologize when they said blue lives matter. so now we are in a situation where we are seeing this sense that these lives are devalued and you know, it's weird how the left does not believe in free will but they believe it if it's an inanimate object. so a rock can hit an asian woman in the head. an suv could plow into a parade. a bullet could leave any illegal gun. right? it's like they talk about gun possession and literally, i think they mean it. i think the gun is possessed. it's an autonomous weapon, there is no actual criminal they are firing it. it's a possessed a gun but then you think about, what about the woman who wasn't pushed in front of a subway? no gun? or all of these just possessions? i don't know. and then maybe it's because you are not enforcing the gun laws. so i came up with the word, it's called excusions. so what you hear when you should be hiring more cops or flooding the area, you should be locking up all of the illegal gun uses for a long time but the best and most important thing that we have to start re-institutionalizing immediately, restore cash bail. but we have to bring back stop and frisk right now even if it's temporary, but the reasons for getting that criminally deranged off the streets is going to do a lot. >> jesse: i like it. excusions. >> jeanine: was a day without a excusions? >> we seen a surge in crime of the last two years, would you agree with that? >> the murder rate is a 25 year high, would he consider trying something different? >> trying something other than supporting a massive plus in funding from its predecessor and cracking down on gun trafficking in gun violence was as a major driver of the violence was seen across the country? i think most people who want to fight crime would agree that's the right approach. >> dana: judge jeanine, do you want to take a crack at that? >> jeanine: i have to sit here in shock when i hear the governor of new york and the mayor of new york talk about things that could be done today or yesterday, before all of these cops are killed. 59% higher numbers of cops killed in 2021 then 2020, 73 cops killed in polonius killings. now let me tell you how to get rid of guns. you get rid of the people who are shooting the guns, number one. you put them in jail, and just like they define deviancy down, i think it was daniel patrick mooneyhan. we are so used to things being so bad that if we allow it to continue more than we are not going to care about the crime that's happening. we will say it's not as bad as last year, it's not as bad as the year before. the bottom line is this. if you don't put career criminals in jail and the guy who killed the police officer in new york city and one who is presently fighting for his life was a creek criminal with mental illness who had an illegal gun and had an ar loaded under his bed. now that guy is a problem. now he shouldn't have had a problem and should be out of jail because even if he is arrested, he's being released immediately. you get a confidential informant and you get someone undercover. you do surveillance, you get wiretaps. you get search warrants and join what the state in the local and the fed. i did it myself, the d.a. you put together a task force. don't talk about it, do it. and don't come out. i want to give mayor adams the benefit of the doubt but, don't come out and say we will do this or we will do that, just do it. 80% of the cities of violence where it takes place, we will put a lot more manpower or person power. no kidding. we did it years ago. they gave away broken windows and they are letting criminals run rampant, these politicians are hypocrites. they don't want to jail them, they don't want to lock them up. they don't want to have task forces and then they say these guns are coming into new york. so what? you are not prosecuting and you are not jailing them, you are worthless. you are worse than worthless, you are a liberal, defunding cops and you don't care about the victims, you never did and you never will unless there's a funeral going on. >> dana: if this has reached a level where it's getting, as set at the white house briefing. here are some of the things he had to say. >> americans have the right to be safe. there is no liberty, there is no pursuit of happiness without life. you can't vote if you are dead it, you can't sign up for a government program if you are dead. you can't build back better if you're dead. so what is he doing about it? >> dana: in particular one of the things that trey gowdy went through with several of the young women who have been killed in just the last couple weeks. >> jesse: well, you can vote if you are dead. i think we saw some of those. just getting dana. has biden called the family of any of these victims? they haven't announced anything, i'm sure another president would have called. this was an experiment, the soft on crime thing was an experiment and we warned them that it would fail and cause death but they did it anyway. like gain of function. we said it was going to maybe kill people but they rested and everybody died. you know where it started? and i don't care because my sister is not watching, but it starts at the university level. these stupid professors have the idea that american create criminals. then when you incarcerate them, you have to release them and give them rehab. now what's the lesson? you you can allow some professors and a billionaire donor and a power-hungry democrat in the same room together because you are going to get death. i don't know if they did this on purpose to cause a crime wave, a lot of communists wanted to destroy america from the inside or they are just too stupid to know that there are theories that they think of don't actually work when you put them into practice. before they move onto another stupid experiment that will get people killed, they should actually have to face the pain they are causing. they have to get out of their penthouse, get out of their ivory tower and they should have to go look at some of these families in their face. feel the anguish, see the pain. see what the policies are actually doing. because until they actually register some of that pain, they will still cause that. they are now branded. >> dana: it do you think the democratic party understands this moment? >> harold: it's good to be around the table again. i sat on the show before, this is not a democratic issue. they are republican officers overseeing this, and there's no doubt in the last year that we have seen movement. the president of the united states that that's wrong. the leader of the city, mayor eric adams said that was wrong. i'm not a democrat that believes in that. number two, if the democrats believe that police are going soft on crime was somehow another winning strategy, that should be refuted and they should understand that's not the right thing to do. it's something we've always done, you look at the stats and figure out where you apply the resources and hopefully he's able to do that. i do hope he also floods the subway with police officers. you have to have a one victory to be get under the victory, dana has a really personal story just reinforces this for all of us are on the table. and it too, have to do something with guns. i understand guns don't kill people, the people kill people, but we have to figure out ways for democrats and republicans to come together around some of this ghost gun stuff and to your point, if we have to bring more prisons to put them in have mandatory minimums for them then we should have that. >> dana: one thing the white house has said in a couple times, we are from more money for cops. but it's not just that, it's a progressive prosecutors. >> greg: you have alvin brad who is not prosecuting, when someone is caught with a gun they are released. the call at the iron pipe line, the guns are coming in and nobody's being prosecuted and if you do put them away for a long time, that's a good thing to do. i think this is a rebound for the movement. you see cop killings at a 20 year high. they are going since 9/11. that's a really weird comparison and you should remove 9/11 and see how far it goes back. this is a rebound and we kind of predicted this when it was this constant relentless drumbeat from the media and the far left activist that devalued the lives of law enforcement. they never said it, these human lives are worth it. but if you said blue lives matter, what were you called? people had to apologize when they said blue lives matter. so now we are in a situation where we are seeing this sense that these lives are devalued and you know, it's weird how the left does not believe in free will but they believe it if it's an inanimate object. so a rock can hit an asian woman in the head. an suv could plow into a parade. a bullet could leave any illegal gun. right? it's like they talk about gun possession and literally, i think they mean it. i think the gun is possessed. it's an autonomous weapon, there is no actual criminal they are firing it. it's a possessed a gun but then you think about, what about the woman who wasn't pushed in front of a subway? no gun? or all of these just possessions? i don't know. and then maybe it's because you are not enforcing the gun laws. so i came up with the word, it's called excusions. so what you hear when you should be hiring more cops or flooding the area, you should be locking up all of the illegal gun uses for a long time but the best and most important thing that we have to start re-institutionalizing immediately, restore cash bail. but we have to bring back stop and frisk right now even if it's temporary, but the reasons for getting that criminally deranged off the streets is going to do a lot. >> jesse: i like it. excusions. >> jeanine: was a day without a excusions? i'm looking at you. >> harold: denial does not wear well and as i listen to them, i could understand if you are trying to make a point that some numbers are down and some numbers are up or trying to explain that this is the way it's being presented or interpreted wrong, but they didn't do that. they didn't say crime is down here were people are looking at this the wrong way. it strikes me as a group of people and this is not meant to malign cnn as much as those who literally try to present the crime as not a bad thing. but where do you live?
