[inaudible]. speak out yet it is an excellent point. this dovetails with a verdict, ruling rather, from a judge who said i'm not going to dismiss this case. it was such a delicious ruling. the prints that time, had argued look, this is legally insufficient. he also argued that he should not even be there. back in august, [inaudible]. she sued him for compensatory and punitive damages. a lot of money. she asked for a jury trial here now back in 2009, we know that she had come to a settlement agreement under florida contract law, with jeffrey epstein. that barred her from suing him again and criminal prosecution as well. also, any potential other defendants. so here the prince comes in and says oh, she was talking about me. will this child shut it down. he said no, that term is so expensive that it does not even make any sense. you are absolutely on it. he said that she articulated so many, including that photo by the way, he brought up that photo inside, that bears evidence enough to move it past that legal efficiency threshold to proceed to court. i don't know, i don't think this is necessarily bringing any barn or any weight to the actual merit to the claim. the jury trial is expected later this year. he did say, in his defense, when he subs legal insufficient. [inaudible]. speak out yet it is an excellent point. this dovetails with a verdict, ruling rather, from a judge who said i'm not going to dismiss this case. it was such a delicious ruling. the prints that time, had argued look, this is legally insufficient. he also argued that he should not even be there. back in august, [inaudible]. she sued him for compensatory and punitive damages. a lot of money. she asked for a jury trial here now back in 2009, we know that she had come to a settlement agreement under florida contract law, with jeffrey epstein. that barred her from suing him again and criminal prosecution as well. also, any potential other defendants. so here the prince comes in and says oh, she was talking about me. will this child shut it down. he said no, that term is so expensive that it does not even make any sense. you are absolutely on it. he said that she articulated so many, including that photo by the way, he brought up that photo inside, that bears evidence enough to move it past that legal efficiency threshold to proceed to court. i don't know, i don't think this is necessarily bringing any barn or any weight to the actual merit to the claim. the jury trial is expected later this year. he did say, in his defense, when he subs legal insufficient. [inaudible]. it looks like at this point, it is just going to be him footing the bill. >> fascinating. in the wake of this she is to mount so that this is another step in the pursuit of justice as a survivor. >> julie points out that there is a move from the queen coming late in the game. to the queen's credit, worth writing about this to trip and service titles and royal duties is permanent.
