happening? vaccinated people are getting sick, schools are being closed again. and we don't have enough tests. the american people are angry and want answers. so, today joe biden attempted to give us some. and as usual, he put us foot in his mouth. >> live covid forever, sir? mr. president, should americans prepare to live with covid forever, sir? mr. president, should americans be prepared to live with covid forever. >> mr. president, should americans prepare to live with covid. >> is covid here to stay? >> no, i don't think covid is here to stay. having covid in the environment here in the world is probably here to stay. but covid as we are dealing with it now is not here to stay. >> lawrence: so covid is here to stay or it's not? we want solid answers, joe. but, in all the fumbling and confusion, he slipped up and actually told the truth about one thing. the conditions are worse under his presidency. >> if you take a look, we're very different today than we were a year ago. even though we still have problems. but 90% of the schools are open now. was 98, down to 90. >> lawrence: you will have to forgive the president is he a little confused. we want infections to go down not attendance. that's a bad thing. and what about those 500 million tests he promised last month? >> well, you know, we have been doing now-we have had 300 million tests per month so far. and that's 11 million test as day in addition to that we were in the process of ordering 500,000 new tests. >> lawrence: so it's only 500,000 now? what happened to the 500 million? either way though, the reason we haven't seen those tests yet, is because the biden administration is still negotiating with the postal union to get them delivered. meantime, go wait in line. when we get them, joe? when will they be here? does the american people want a clear path that is one thing that is clear. open schools, access to testing, the plan to end the pandemic. if they really cared about all of this though, it would be their top priority. based on their actions so far though, it's anything but it. here now to react is steve hilton, host of the next revolution on sunday night and lara trump a fox news contributor. steve, i was watching the oral arguments today, listening to them here on fox. it seemed like there is a lot of confusion when it comes to covid. you had supreme court justices saying that kids are dying. 100 k of them are on ventilators it seems like a lot of misinformation, steve. >> well, you know what makes me so angry about it look, we can laugh about it, lawrence, and we should laugh and point out how ridiculous it is. it actually makes me angry, because for two years now, those of us, you, me, lara, those of us on this channel and elsewhere who have been pointing out facts, the truth about this pandemic, about this virus what we have been saying has been dismissed as misinformation. yet, the people now in charge, you've got biden putting all his trust in fauci, promoting fauci. fauci and the medical establishment and the democrats who slavishly support them, they have been wrong all along on every single aspect of this pandemic. they told us we had to wear masks because these mask don't work. we know cloth masks don't work and now finally even they admit it we said lockdowns do more harm than good. finally, they admit that we said they shouldn't be shutting the schools, finally two years into it, they are now saying they want the schools open that they won't stand up for the teachers unions in chicago and elsewhere who are keeping them closed. on and on it goes. they have been wrong about everything. they still believe, because it's their ideology that they can micromanage this pandemic. they can do it through top down control. telling businesses what to do. issuing edicts from on high. no, this is a pandemic. it's a virus. you can't micromanage mother nature. what you have got to do is give people real information, trust them, and let them take responsibility for their own health, their family's health, their neighbors, their community. that's the white approach. the only thing that's worked in all of this pandemic by the way is the vaccine. why do we have the vaccine? because president trump blew through the bureaucracy and got it done in record time. who was against it? biden. kamala harris. they were against the vaccine. they said it was rushed. they wouldn't take it. now they turn around and talk about vaccine hesitancy. they were the ones that started vaccine hesitancy. we are sick of these people. they're totally dishonest. totally clueless. totally incompetent. the top of it all you have got this senile fool bumbling around. he doesn't even know what year it is let alone what he is supposed to be doing. this is frightening prospect for america we have to put up with this for three more years. >> lawrence: you know, lara, they were very organized when it came to january 6th. they had all the theater there. all the elected officials. they even brought hamilton there. yet, we can't figure out how to get tests. if it's one thing that i agree on is that folks need the necessary tests to protect the vulnerable. but the president promised this before he even ran. and now we still don't have the tests. i mean, he can't even remember if it's 500,000 or 500 million. where are they? >> yeah. this is the leader of the free world, ladies and gentlemen, joe biden. those clips, lawrence, that you just played, are absolutely terrifying to think that that is the most powerful man in the entire world. i mean, wow. what a bad moment for america. but, you are right, you said it leading into this, they have never had a plan. joe biden and the democrats have been lying to america because they wanted to win an election. they told us they had a plan. nothing they have done has worked. and, by the way, what they are finally having to reconcile is that what has worked is what is being done in republican run states like the state of florida where you have a very senior population where we have per capita the lowest hospitalization and death rate in america. they are finally realizing though they probably will never admit it, that things here are working. and let me help joe biden out. yes, covid is here to stay. we have to start talking about that. any expert scientist, doctor will tell you it is a virus, it is never going away. we have to start treating it like the seasonal flu. but that means we don't shut down schools for the seasonal flu. we don't impose vaccine mandates for the seasonal flu. it should be up to every single american as to whether or not they vaccinate themselves. businesses need to be able to get back up and running. kids need to be able to get back into school. but the confidence the american people has in that individual, joe biden, who was bumbling around, that's what you get when he is not on a teleprompter, folks. it is terrifying to think that is the leader of america. >> lawrence: the problem is lara and steve, i want you to weigh in on this. it would be different if it is just the republicans who have lost complete confidence. you remember he was doing all those press conferences and all that during the campaign trail and once he got elected? those doctors that were once on those committees are now criticizing the president and his strategist. his own people. it's not just republicans or conservatives doing this his own people have lost confidence in his leadership. >> steve: yes, they keep undermining themselves. it's because it's the same with everything. lawrence, so exactly right. you have got this person there that's frightening that he is supposed to be at the head of the most powerful government, of the most powerful country in the world. and the reason that those doctors now turning against him is because just as with everything else, he doesn't -- biden doesn't believe in anything. he has got no principles. he will read out whatever is put in front of him. now it's not working. he has nothing to fall back on and they are just pointing out the truth. >> lawrence: unbelievable. steve and lara, thank you so much for joining me tonight. meanwhile the jobs of millions of americans hangs in the balance as the supreme court takes up joe more will force workers to get the shot or receive frequent testing. today the court heard oral arguments on the matter. it appears the liberal justices have been watching too much cnn and already made their minds up based on false information. >> omicron is as deadly and causes as much serious disease in the unvaccinated as delta did. we have over 100,000 children, which we have never had before in serious condition. and many on ventilators. >> lawrence: so that was a lie. joining me now to react is america first legal and former house adviser stephen miller. i want you to pick up we have a supreme court justice who has apparently been watching misinformation network balls that is not true. >> it is stunning to think that a member of the united states supreme court deciding the fundamental question of whether or not americans have basic medical freedom is under the impression that covid is uniquely dangerous to and stalking children and is under the impression that 100,000 children in america tonight are gravely ill with covid. many of them on ventilators. nothing, nothing could be further from the truth. but justice sotomayor is operating under this impression. and i assume that many of the other far left justices on the court agree with her. this is going to be a very, very close decision. and my group america first legal is one of those who appeal to the supreme court. we will see what happens. it is hanging by a thread. >> lawrence: you know, steve, i know you were plugged into this all day. it just seems to me that not only this justice but multiple ones were making cases as if they were arguing for the plaintiffs, the dissent, the state at this point. what do you make of that -- the justices weren't able to separate their personal beliefs from what was being heard in court. they were actually making arguments in the court today. >> well, this is a chronic problem. as you know, i was a senior adviser to president trump in the white house. and we saw time and time again that no matter what the lawsuit was, that they voted against trump. period. every time. no matter how clear cut the case law was. now you have the flip side of that they just want to vote for biden. regardless of what the law says. so we will see what happens. maybe we will be surprised. but i am pretty certain that you are going to see the left wing justices vote in lock step to give this president unilateral authority to regulate private medical decisions. let's be very clear with the slippery slope we are on here leads to. the government argues the vaccine mandate on private employers is necessary to protect the unvaccinated from themselves. under that line of reasoning, you could regulate american workers diets, you could regulate american workers exercise regimes. regulate their lifestyle choices, how many drinks they drink a week. whether or not they smoke cigarettes. whether they smoke cigars. there is no limiting principle here. the number one disease that kills americans year after year after year after year is heart disease. so if you can regulate that you can regulate every aspect of americans' lives. that's what's at stake in this case. >> lawrence: the point is and the dangerous part about all of this is many of these liberal justices have already decided where they fall on this. i don't care what the issue is, we should have an independent judiciary that is willing to hear the facts not start trying to prevent their alternative information in the court. one justice said that omicron has killed more people than delta. i mean, that is a lie. >> you are exactly right. the reflexive political nature of judge's rulings and again we have seen time and time again throughout the trump administration is a very real threat to the independence and neutralities of the judiciary. democrat presidents are able to choose justices with the certainty that those justices will rule in favor of democrat causes. it's called results-oriented judging. i think it's crucially important that on the big questions,
